Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une composition dont la synergie des composants est dirigée vers le traitement curatif et préventif des comédons. La composition qui est présentée de préférence sous la forme d'une lotion, comprend principalement de la nicotinamide, de l'acide mandélique et du C12C13alkyl-lactate (ou radical lactate). La synergie de ces trois principaux composants est encore accrue par la présence de deux autres α-hydroxy-acides et de l'acide salicylique, et par la consistance de gel de l'ensemble. Plus particulièrement et de préférence, la composition de l'invention comprend: A) de trois acides α-hydroxylés (AHA), et de préférence: l'acide mandélique dans des proportions comprises entre 2 et 6 %, l'acide citrique dans des proportions comprises entre 0,3 et 3 %, l'acide malique dans des proportions comprises entre 0,2 et 2 %, B) de la nicotinamide, ou amide nicotinique, (vitamine PP) (entre 0,2 et 6 %); C) de C12C13alkyl-lactate (entre 10 et 14 %) dans la cyclomethicone (dans des proportions comprises entre 18 et 22 %); D) de l'acide salicylique (entre 0,5 et 2 %). La composition peut être présentée soit sous forme de gel fluide alcoolique (lotion), soit sous forme de 'crèmes'; des exemples de telles présentations sont donc donnés à titre illustratif.
