Abstract

L'invention concerne un micro-organisme appartenant au genre Psychrobacter et produisant de l'acide docosahexanoïque. L'invention concerne également le milieu de culture liquide de ce micro-organisme, ce milieu de culture liquide présentant une action de la phospholipase A1. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un phospholipide riche en acide docosahexanoïque, ce procédé utilisant le milieu de culture liquide susmentionné. L'invention concerne enfin un procédé de production de 2-acyllysophospholipide consistant à hydrolyser un phospholipide à l'aide dudit milieu de culture liquide.
