Abstract

Cette invention concerne essentiellement un procédé de préparation de mélanges de construction cellulaires à solidification rapide et à base d'un liant minéral contenant du plâtre. Le liant minéral est introduit de manière ininterrompue et selon une certaine inclinaison dans la zone de mélange. On applique également des impulsions de cavitation et d'activation sur le liant minéral dans ladite zone de mélange. Les impulsions de force de cavitation sont générées par la collision du liant contre un flux d'une solution aqueuse à 0,1-7,5 % d'un additif entraînant l'air et un flux d'air. Ces flux, dont les axes sont inclinés selon un angle de 15 à 75 degrés, sont introduits sous une pression allant de 0,5 à 6,5 atm. Le liant minéral se déplace sur un plan horizontal et à une vitesse de 14,5 à 47,5 m/s dans la zone de mélange. Les axes du flux de solution d'additif entraînant l'air et du flux d'air sont décalés l'un de l'autre de 45 à 270 degrés. Le mélange cellulaire ainsi obtenu est ensuite homogénéisé en appliquant des mouvements de va-et-vient radiaux et en spirale le long de chaque surplomb horizontal d'un arbre d'entraînement vertical, ceci à l'aide de doigts qui sont fixés sur ledit arbre de manière à former une ligne hélicoïdale.
