Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de traitement de surface d'une tôle en alliage d'aluminium, procédé dans lequel le revêtement qui est soumis à un travail de mise en forme intense conserve une force adhésive voulue. Cette invention concerne également une tôle en alliage d'aluminium soumise à ce traitement de surface, ainsi qu'une tôle en alliage d'aluminium et à surface traitée qui est revêtue d'une couche de résine thermoplastique. La tôle en alliage d'aluminium ainsi revêtue se caractérise en ce qu'elle est fabriquée en appliquant un traitement au silane qui fait appel à un agent de couplage de silane. On peut également effectuer un traitement complexe qui consiste à appliquer le traitement au silane ainsi que d'autres traitements de surface sur la tôle en alliage d'aluminium, puis à revêtir ladite tôle d'une résine thermoplastique.
