Abstract

Es ist eine Karteneinlage aus einem Träger (1) vorgesehen, der eine erste und eine zweite Oberfläche aufweist, die einander gegenüberliegen. Ein Halbleiterchip (2) ist mittels eines Chipträgers (3) an dem Träger (1) angeordnet. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine Leitungsanordnung (10) mittels Drucktechnik aufgetragen, wobei ein Anschluß (11) vorgesehen ist, der eine Kontaktöffnung (9) im Träger (1) ausfüllt und dabei gleichzeitig einen elektrisch leitenden Kontakt zu einem Chipträgeranschluß (8) herstellt.
