Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Erkennen organischer Substanzen in Festkörpern durch spektrale Erfassung von von den Substanzen reflektierter oder durchgelassener Strahlung wird für die Strahlung ein Wellenlängenbereich von etwa 2-4 νm und zur Bestrahlung des Festkörpers (2) eine unmodulierte Strahlung verwendet. Die Ausgangsleistung der verwendeten Strahlungsquelle (1) sollte mindestens 50 W und der Abstand der Beleuchtungsoptik von dem untersuchten Festkörper mindestens 10 cm betragen. Hierbei erfolgt die Erkennung anhand der Absorptionsbanden der Streckschwingungen von C-H-Bindungen und gegebenenfalls vorhandener Streckschwingungen von N-H-Bindungen. Zur Bestrahlung des Festkörpers wird vorzugsweise eine breitbandige Strahlung verwendet, und die reflektierte oder durchgelassene Strahlung wird durch ein schmalbandiges Filter (4) mit veränderbarer Durchlaßfrequenz geführt. Dieses wird vorteilhaft durch ein akustooptisches Filter gebildet.
