本发明涉及一种采用对人体没有副作用, 频率在 5 0 M H z 左 右的超高频电流以除去皮肤表面各类良性赘生物 (尤其是生长在面 部皮肤上的) 及根治多毛、 修复备类瘢痕, 同时还可穿耳眼、 根治 腋臭的一种手术美容仪器, 厲于皮肤美容外枓领域。 背景技术
现有的皮肤美容技术主要有冷冻、 激光、 中西药物腐蚀、 擦皮 术和高频电刀 (主要用于手术刀口切割及术中止血) 等美容方法。 但使用上述几种方法的缺点是: 1 、 创面污染不清洁, 病损气化不 满意, 而且病损不易脱落; 2 、 难于掌握治疗区域面积的大小和深 洩程度, 术后易留瘢痕, 复发率高且皮肤表面不平整。 为了克服上 述缺点, 出现了一种超高频美容仪, 这种美容仪的具体结构公开在 名为 "超高频美容器" 的中国专利申锖 9 1 1 0 4 0 0 6 中, 但该 发明的缺点是: 采用了巿售的 "五官治疗机" 作为超高频信号源。 其输出能 *、 频率的参数精度及穂定性指标都不能满足要求, 且釆 用佥厲裸电极直接作用于人体而无安全措施, 存在不安全因素。
因此, 本发明的目的是提出一种上述美容仪的改进结构, 这种 美容仪的超高频信号源可输出穗定的超髙频信号, 且参数精度髙, 使金厲棵电极可直接作用于人体而且安全。 发明内容
本发明提出这样一种超高频美容仪, 它包合一个超髙频信号源 及与该信号源相连接输出电极和多种针状、 刀状手术电极, 其中超 髙频信号源包括: 一个可调谐振荡电路, 用于产生超高频振荡信号, 一个功率放大电路, 它带有一个输出强度调节及显示电路, 功率放 大电路的输入端与可调谐振荡电路的输出端相接, 其输出端输出被 放大的超高频信号, 一个稳流穗频电路, 其输入端与功率放大电路 的输出端相接, 其输出端与可调谐振荡电路相接, 一个耦合隔离电 路, 其输入端与功故电路的输出端相接, 其输出端与输出电极和多 种针状、 刀状手术器相接, 以及一个为整机各部分电路提供电源的 电源电路, 它包合一个电压调整及显示电路。
通过上述信号源输出的稳定的超高频信号, 利用与不同种类输 出电极配合, 本发明的美容仪, 对人体没有副作用, 病损组织可完 全气化, 创面可实现新解清洁, 并能够进行分层治疗, 加上病损周 边向心性搡作方法, 使术后创面再生平坦, 修整后的皮肤表面平整 光滑, 并能迅速恢复正常。 另外, 由这种超高频信号驱动的电极在 手术中能够消炎、 止血并能有消胂作用。 临床试验的数据表明, 利 用本发明的超高频美容仪, 平均治愈率为 9 9 . 2 8 % , 对于技术 掌握熟炼的大夫来说, 治愈率可到 1 0 0 %。 附图概述

本发明提出的超高频美容仪包合有一个超高频信号源及与超高 频信号源相配合的电极, 由于本发明的改进重点在于信号源部分, 而且电极及电刀部分已在中国专利申请 9 1 1 0 4 0 0 6 中有详细 说明, 因此, 以下仅对信号源部分作详细说明。
参看图 1 和图 2 , 本发明的超高频美容仪的信号源电路依次包 合有一个电源电路部分、 一个可调谐振荡电路部分、 一个功率放大 电路部分和一个耦合隔离电路部分, 还具有一个稳流穂频电路部分。
以下对备电路部分进行详细说明:
1 、 电源电路: 釆用自补偿调整设计, 可在电源电压值的波动 范围 - 1 5 % ~ + 1 0 %内进行补偿, 使本发明可直接使用在电网 条件较差的地区, 而不需另配交流稳压电源。 电源电路除自身具有 电压调节显示、 开关指示、 过流保护等功能外, 主要为整机分别提 供三路电压: 6 0 0 V作为后面电路部分中电子管的阳极电压, 6 . 3 V作为电子管的灯丝电压, 2 4 V作为风冷装置电压。
如图 2 所示, D K、 Z D、 R 1 为电源开关及指示电路; C 1 、 C 2 、 C 1 1 、 C 1 2 、 C 1 3 为高频旁路电容, 用于抗高频干扰; K Z 1 、 B Y Q、 B 1 构成电源及电压调节及显示电路, D 1 — D 4 組成整流桥为上述电子管提供直流 6 0 0 V阳极电压。
2 、 振荡电路和功放电路: 釆用两只电子管, 在本实施例中为 劝率束射四极管 F U -7 (当然也可用大功率三极管实现) 、 L C 电路实现自激振荡电路, 产生超高频信号, 经推挽功率放大输出。 整个电路具有调谐, 输出强度控制及显示劝能。 如图 2 所示, 由 U 1 、 U 2 、 L 1 ~L 4 , C 4 — C 6 , R 2 〜R 6 构成可调谐、 超 高频振荡、 推挽劝率放大器。 其中: L 4 、 C 6 为调谐回路, 兼作 输出强度微调; R3 ~R6 和 KZ 2 构成栅压调整电路, 实现输出 强度的分档调节。 B 2 为直流 2 0 0 mA电流表, 作输出强度显示, S J 为定时开关。
3 、 耦合隔离电路: 采用电慼耦合和双电容隔离的电容式能量 输出方式, 其中如图 2 所示, 由 L 3 、 L 4 构成电慼耦合, 经 C 7 , C 8 组成电容隔离的电容式能量输出。 这种电路设计可确保佥厲裸 电极直接作用人体的安全性。
4 、 稳流稳频电路: 如图 2 所示, 釆用 Z F 3 6 3 0 J 稳流组 件, 利用阴极发射电流稳流方法, 在一定程度上控制了频偏波动, 以提高***稳定性。
另外, 本发明美容仪的信号源内还可以安装风冷装置, 在本实 施例中该风冷装置为一个供小型仪器使用的直流轴流风机 Z L F , 这一风机的设置可保证整个电路连续工作达 1 2 个小时以上并且性 能保持稳定。
除了上述各部分外, 本发明的信号源中釆取高频和低频相隔离 的结构, 而且高频部分部件及导线可全部釆用表面镀银工艺 (镀层 H > 0 . 1 mm) , 以减少高频通路的信号衮减。 工业实用性
使用本发明的美容仪治疗后, 皮肤光滑平整, 不留瘢坑, 无慼 染, 康复期短, 宜于医疗美容部门使用。
