Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un système permettant d'assembler des profilés en acier (1, 2), de section quelconque, de façon que leurs faces mutuellement opposées (6, 7) soient reliées définitivement, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités opposées des profilés (1, 2) sont entourées extérieurement ou intérieurement par un manchon (3, 26), en ce que dans la zone de recouvrement (21), les surfaces (18, 19, 20) des profilés et du manchon (3, 26), mutuellement opposées et formant entre elles un intervalle (13), sont rendues rugueuses, et que l'intervalle (13) est rempli de mortier injecté sous pression (11), ou en ce que l'une des extrémités opposées du profilé (2) est entourée extérieurement ou intérieurement par une extrémité (15) d'un manchon (3', 26'), et en ce que le manchon (3', 26') est relié rigidement, par son autre extrémité (14), à la face (6) de l'un des profilés (1), en ce que dans la zone de recouvrement (21), les surfaces (18, 20) du profilé (2) et du manchon (3', 26'), mutuellement opposées et formant entre elles un intervalle (13), sont rendues rugueuses, et en ce que l'intervalle (13) est rempli de mortier (11) injecté éventuellement sous haute pression. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé pour la fabrication d'un tel assemblage.
