Abstract

Two cylindrical shaped buoyant bodies support a horizontal frame. An unloading room for an underwater excavator is fixed underneath to this frame. A central lower floor is framed to this unloading room for the underwater excavator with vertical supports and horizontal supports and a gate which is charged with the underwater excavator either carrying it or dropping the excavator to the seabed, when being opened. Many underwater excavators can be supplied in seabed on the same time with such a buoyant body installation for every excavator, these installations being connected to a common supply ship.

Description

SUPPLIED SHIP FOR UNDERWATER EXCAVATOR
TECHINICAL FIELD
This invetion is about the supplied ship for underwater excavator, which is possible to economical collection the much minerals by each remote control to the many underwater excavator from the remote contr¬ ol ship on surface of sea, that is supplied many underwater excavator to each uniformly distance on surface of depth seabed.
BACKGROUND ART
In previous, there was the defect for not possible to collection of much volume mineral resources in short working time to be supplied at seabed to one pair of underwater excavator & one pair remote control ship for underwater excavator for collected to buried mineral resourc¬ es in seabed. This invention have purposed to supplied many the unde¬ rwater excavators in seabed, for collection of minerals resources from the small quantity production by supplied to one piar under water excavator in seabed, as above. Characteristic of this invetion have easily the direction diverted by equiped drection diverted screw at right & left position of moved body. The propulsion screw at rear position of moved body of round shape. There is loading from of unde- rwater excavator on center position of base between the moved body. The cargo winch is equipped on the above position of moving body for lifting to the under water excavator from strong waves of sea water. Above device can submerging & floting the ship of supplied underwater excavator. Therefore the main electric cable can safety protected from the strong waves of sea water surface in seawater.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
According to the attached drawing, detailed description for this inv¬ entions are as follows. The removed body 1, 1 is supported at horizo¬ ntal frame 5. There are the drum 6, reducer 11, motor 13, of unloa- ding device for lefting the underwater excavator 54 and the drum 6 is truned properly right revolution & reverse revolution for tension of main electric cable 8, it can protected occuring twisted of main electrical cable, conection for turning power of drum 6 is conected by motor 13, reducer 11, drum shaft 6' and coupling 10, 12. Sence reel the maincable on drum 6, for fixed the distance of maincable, the ma¬ incable on drum 6, for fixed the distance of maincable, the maincalbe Guide roller 30 is equiped at between of removed body 1, 1', front of drum 6. The main Guide roller 30 reel the main cable fixed the between at drun 6, moved on right, left inside of the drum 6. The maincable Guide nut 29. Lead screw 31 & Chain gear 33 assemblied to drum shaft, a Acording to the driving Chain gear 32 Power trans italed by chain 28, in rear position of removing body 1, 1' is assemblied for thrusted the turning body 1, 1' of propulsive screw 22, 22', motor of propulsive screw 23, 23'. The screw casing is protected the out side of thrust screw, collecting to the inside water of screw casing & screw.
The position of rear, right and left for removed body 1, 1' are cons¬ tituted the direction revers screw 25, 25', & the direction revers m- otor 26, 26' and screw casing. The below of the center of turing body 1, 1' is eqquipped cargo room for unloding to under water excavator, vertical support 2, horizontal support 2', gate for excavator 3. The hinge for gat 34, 35 are jointed by hinge pine 36, which is possible to opening **. closing the gate 3. The turning body is equipped the Bu¬ oyancy control pimp 41, 41' upper the removing body 1, 1' . The subme- rged & floted are exchanged by charged & discharged of seawater. The¬ refore, the main electric cable 8 is protected from the occuring imp¬ act tension power by strong surge of sea surface. Because the deep sea is quiet. Hence the underwater excavator is safely working by the avoid of strong surge of surface of seawater. In figure 3 the upper of removing body is constituted equipments of opening & closing the gate 3 of underwater excavator. The drum 18, drum shaft 18', reducer 19, Bearing bracket 7, motor 14, Guide roller bracket 15, rope guide roller 16' are equipped on the upper the left of removing body. The wire rope 37' & connecting link of rope & fixable bracket 4, 4' are equipped in the unloding room for underwater excavator. In figure 6, there is main cable joints 38, 38' which is connected the main cable & received the transmited to electric power form remote control ship 56
SUBSTITUTESHEET (RULE25) in front & rear of memoved body 1, 1'. When removing the under water excavator, that is occuring to tension power between the supplied ship for under water excavator & remo¬ te control ship 56, which is not able to only transmited to main electriccable 8. however, it is able to transmited to tension power at rope jointer 39, 39'.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING
The object and advantage of this invention will become more apparent reading the following detailed description on con- junction with the acompanying drawing in which: Figure 1 is isometric view of this invention; Figure 2 is isometric view for performance working of su¬ pplied ship of underwater excavator; Figure 3 is plane view of this invention; Figure 4 is elevation view of this invention; Figure 5 is side view of this invention; Figure 6 is performanceunloading for underwater excavator on this supplied ship for undrwater excavator; Figure 7 is detail drawing for occuring buoyance; and Figure 8 is drawing of performance working in sea water of this invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRY OUT THE INVENTION
As this constitued, detail description for working effect of this invention are as follows. This invention can subm¬ erged the many under water excavators to sea bed by operat- or is washing T.V monitor in remote control ship, and to be anchoraged many underwater excavator on sea bed, to be submered these to need full uniformly distribution distance by used the controll panell. if occuring high wave in coll¬ ecting time, to be submarged in avoidable to fixed depth from the strong wave of sea surface.
The dropping of main electric cable is protected by consta¬ ntly draw the weight of long electric cable. The under water excavator working time safely can working. Because, the high wave tension power of sea is never tran- smited to underwater excavator through the electric main cable 8, in deep sea high seawater pressure, under water excavator after working finished, occuring to bouyance, when it is never flotable to sea surface with power of self, in supplied ship for underwater excavator. The unloading drum 6 is reeled to main electrical cable 8 to sea surface.
There is effect of usefull removing to underwater excavator 54 other working location in seawater.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABLITY
This invention have techinical of remote control with elec¬ tric & electron, civil work of sea, underwater unloading echine, shipbuilding techinical for submarine unloading device.
