Description

Photographic method, device and paper for taking and reproducing sound photographs.
The present invention relates to photographic methods, devices and papers for taking pictures and reproducing sound photographs.
The technical sector of the invention is the field of photography including not only the manufacture of apparatuses, or accessories of these apparatuses, making it possible to take and show photographs, but also the printing and the development thereof. .
The main application of the invention is the production of talking photographs.
Les informations sont alors reproduites sur l'écran au moment de la projection de la diapositive par lecture de ladite mémoire située sur le cadre de la photo : de tels dispositifs d'encadrement sont décrits dans la demande de brevet FR 2619638 publiée le 2k Février 1989 au nom de la société INTERC0L0R.Framing devices for slide photographs are already known to which magnetic tapes are attached, or one or more digital miniaturized cards, comprising at least one memory for recording technical or personal information, either by the laboratories during the development of the photograph, either after by the client, and which can be modified on request. The information is then reproduced on the screen at the time of the projection of the slide by reading said memory located on the frame of the photo: such framing devices are described in patent application FR 2619638 published on February 2k 1989 on behalf of the company INTERC0L0R.
Par ailleurs, on connaît des cartes dites de sécurité qui comportent d'une part, la photographie de son titulaire et d'autre part, des supports d'enregistrement d'informations permettant l'accès à des zones contrôlées ou à des dispositifs automates par exemple, tel que décrit dans la demande de certificat d'addition FR 2613086 publiée le 30 Septembre 1988, au nom de la CAISSE REGIONALE DE CREDIT AGRICOLE MUTUEL DE L'YONNE et de M. MILOVANOVICH.Furthermore, so-called security cards are known which comprise on the one hand, the photograph of its holder and on the other hand, information recording media allowing access to controlled areas or to automated devices by example, as described in the request for certificate of addition FR 2613086 published on September 30, 1988, in the name of the CAISSE REGIONALE DE CREDIT AGRICOLE MUTUEL DE L'YONNE and of M. MILOVANOVICH.
In these two known techniques, there is therefore always a support, which is necessary, for receiving the photograph, and the means of recording and storing information: in addition, the applications of the devices thus obtained are limited and require a fairly complex implementation which takes place after the actual shooting and the printing of the photograph. This implementation It therefore further limits the use of such devices and does not allow adaptation to other objectives, such as for example that of recording data taken at the time of shooting. Indeed and for the rest, other techniques have been developed for this, and have been the subject, for some, of filing patent applications, such as application FR 2646722 published on November 9, 1990 in the name of the company ASAHI KOYAKU K0GY0 KABUSHIKI KAISHA, and relating to a data recording device of a photographic device, or the request FR 2612654 published on September 23, 1988 in the name of the company INTERCOLOR and describing a device for marking on the back of photographic prints from of inscriptions noted on the negative: these techniques are however limited to technical, chronological or date information, and do not make it possible to transcribe sound data taken with the shooting and which is the objective of the present invention.
Indeed, the problem posed is to be able to capture, at the chosen moment, an audible message emitted by the environment and / or subjects, such as people or animals that we want to photograph at the same time, with a same device to then have a photographic image drawn on paper, which can be viewed at any time by anyone who could simultaneously listen to the audio message, recorded and associated with this image at the time of taking the photo, and this without requiring complex shooting and reproduction means and even making it possible to be able to use existing cameras.
Une solution au problème posé est un procédé de prise de vue et de reproduction photographique d'une scène donnée utilisant tout type d'appareil comportant une pellicule photographique. Suivant ledit procédé de 1'invention : - on capte le son émis dans le champ de la prise de vue par tout capteur associé audit appareil ;One solution to the problem posed is a method of photographing and photographic reproduction of a given scene using any type of device comprising a photographic film. According to said method of the invention: - the sound emitted in the field of shooting by any sensor associated with said device is captured;
- on analyse le signal ainsi recueilli, on le numérise et on le compresse par tout circuit électronique, et on le stocke dans une mémoire numérique associée à ladite pellicule et repérée pour correspondre à l'image photographie saisie quasi simultanément ;- The signal thus collected is analyzed, it is digitized and it is compressed by any electronic circuit, and it is stored in a digital memory associated with said film and identified to correspond to the photographed image captured almost simultaneously;
- on développe ladite image photographique sur un papier tirage comportant une partie photosensible permettant le développement, et on dispose à un emplacement donné une mémoire numérique, dans laquelle est transféré ledit signal correspondant à l'image saisie et reproduite sur la partie photosensible.- said photographic image is developed on a printing paper comprising a photosensitive part allowing development, and has a digital memory at a given location, into which said signal corresponding to the image captured and reproduced on the photosensitive part is transferred.
Once said photograph obtained, it can be given to anyone who can the a store or put it in a frame, so that it can, when desired, the watch and more, through a support comprising a device reader of said memory fixed on said photograph, listen to the associated recorded sound message: for this, in fact, from said support device which can be the frame itself, said memory for reading the information stored therein, processes the digital signal obtained in order to synthesize an analog signal which is amplified and diffused by a loudspeaker, at the same time as looking at the photograph.
A solution is also obtained to the problem posed by a photographic reproduction and reproduction device comprising any type of camera including a photographic film, at least one sound sensor, at least one electronic circuit capable of analyzing and digitizing said sound signal. collected by the sound sensor and compress it, and at least one digital memory, capable of storing said digital signal obtained by said electronic circuit; and each photographic image drawn from said film on a printing paper comprises at a given location thereof, a digital memory into which is transferred said recorded and associated digital signal: this memory is either that which enabled recording as of the shooting, or another depending on the type of camera as described below.
The camera which can be used is in fact either an instant development type camera or a type of negative rolling film type stored in a casing incorporated in the camera itself and which is then carried in a laboratory to be developed in order to obtain the final photographs. According to the invention, such a photographic camera is provided with the equipment defined above or is associated with an accessory comprising the said equipment, as described below.
The objective of the present invention is also achieved by a photographic paper comprising a sensitive photo part allowing the development of any photograph and a digital memory arranged in a given location and capable of receiving any digital sound information collected according to the process defined above.
Preferably, said memory attached to said photographic paper is an electronic chip.
The result is new photographic processes, devices and papers for taking pictures and reproducing photographs, responding to the problem posed which is to obtain such sound photographs, and in particular speaking photographs. It may be noted, moreover, that the problem posed and the application of the invention are in themselves specific, new and original, and should therefore arouse sustained interest among photographers, as was the case during the advent of talking cinema versus silent, then amateur video compared to 8mm film cameras: each time, it was the addition of the sound actually taken at the time of shooting, which excited the amateur users, because all the dubbing techniques, in addition to their heaviness and their difficulty of implementation, are not spontaneous and of course lose interest.
Thus, the very fact of posing the problem of the present invention which therefore relates to obtaining sound photographs which are nevertheless by definition static, was not easy to formulate, nor the technical solution to be found, in order to obtain a simple and adaptable to any type of device, even known.
Thus, thanks to the method, the device and the photographic paper according to the invention, it is possible to be able to look at a still image without requiring a video projector, or films, or slides, which require a fairly heavy implementation, all by listening to a sound recorded at the same time as said photograph and therefore, representative of it, which makes it possible to remember all the more the particular moment corresponding to this shooting. The support which receives for this said photograph, may be the frame itself thereof incorporating said reader of the memory associated with it and on which it suffices to press a button to be able to hear the sound recorded at any moment ; it can also be a medium in which we slide the photographs one after the other, when we want to look at them and therefore listen to several one behind the other. We could cite other advantages of the present invention but those mentioned above already sufficiently show the novelty and the interest. The description and the drawings below represent exemplary embodiments of the invention, but are in no way limiting: other embodiments are possible within the scope and scope of this invention, in particular in level of associated electronic circuits, different types of usable cameras and presentation and listening supports. Figure 1 is an overview of a device according to the invention, at the time of shooting.
La figure 2 représente un dispositif utilisant un appareil de type à développement instantané.FIG. 2 represents a device using an apparatus of the instant development type.
Figure 3 shows a device using a roll-up type film camera.
La figure 4 représente un dispositif suivant l'invention, utilisant un appareil photo connu existant.FIG. 4 represents a device according to the invention, using an existing known camera.
La figure 6 représente un support de photographie incorporant un dispositif de reproduction suivant l'invention.FIG. 5 represents a front and side view of a photographic paper according to the invention. FIG. 6 represents a photographic support incorporating a reproduction device according to the invention.
La figure 7 est un schéma d'un dispositif de reproduction suivant 1'invention.FIG. 7 is a diagram of a reproduction device according to the invention.
According to FIG. 1, when shooting a given scene 1, such as a married couple for example, represented here, any type of camera 2 is used, such as according to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, and comprising a film 23: the sound emitted in the field 3 of said shot is captured by any sensor 4 such as a microphone associated with said device 2, and the signal thus collected is analyzed in a known manner and therefore not described here, then it is digitized and compressed by any electronic circuit 6 known to be able to store it in a digital memory 7 associated with said film 23 and identified to correspond to the photographic image of said scene 1 captured almost simultaneously. Thus, a photographic device according to the invention comprises any type of photographic camera 2, associated with a sound sensor 4, with at least one electronic circuit 6, and with at minus a digital memory 7; according to FIG. 5. each photographic image drawn from said film 23 on a printing paper 9. comprises at a given location 14 thereof, a digital memory 71. 73 ”74 able to receive any sound information collected at the time of shooting, then analyze and digitize according to the process defined above. This digital memory 7l ”73ι 74, which can therefore be preferably an electronic chip, is directly placed on the printing paper 9 and incorporated into the completed photograph 15; this is then ready to be distributed and / or viewed by any person, as is done for any type of photograph known to date, but without it being need a frame, projector or special device for this, except a support as described in Figures 6 and 7 to read the message recorded in said memory To obtain said photograph 15 as shown in Figure 5 on the left in front view, and on the right in section in the plane passing through memory 7 which can be median or shifted on one side, at least three types of camera can be used used and corresponding to three types of implementation of the development of the photographic image which it is desired to obtain. These three types of camera are those represented in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, and all include a known optical and electrical and / or electronic part known to manage this optical part and making it possible to capture in a known manner l image of scene 1 on any suitable support and which we will not describe in the present invention.
According to Figure 2, the camera 2 is an instant development type camera, incorporating in its housing 2ι said sound sensor 4 and said electronic circuit 6; and said memory 7 is then made up of all those 7l already incorporated in each instant printing paper developed immediately after the shooting from a film stored in the apparatus. Thus, when the picture is taken, the sound message entered at the same time and analyzed to be directly transferred there is stored directly in the memory 7l associated with this instant photograph. According to FIG. 3. the photographic camera 2 shown is a camera 22 of the type with negative rolling film 23 stored in a housing 11, and incorporating said sound sensor 4 and said electronic circuit 6, and said memory 7 is integral with said housing 11 of the film 23- Thus, said memory 7 collects all of the sound signals corresponding to all the photographs taken on the negative of the film 23 which is sent to the laboratory for be developed in a known manner, on a printing paper 9 comprising a photosensitive part 10 allowing development as is known elsewhere: but directly on this printing paper 9 there is then, at a given location 14, a memory 72. in which, thanks to a coded location of the content of the memory 7 with respect to the order of the photos taken, the sound signal corresponding to the image is then transferred or will have been transferred beforehand from the memory 7 of the housing 11 input which is reproduced on the associated photosensitive part 10.
According to FIG. 4, the photographic camera 2 can be a camera 23 of known type with unrolling film 23 stored in a housing 11 and said sound sensor 4 and said electronic circuit 6 are located on a removable accessory 13 and fixed on the camera 23 and which can contain as many memories 73 as photos that can be taken on said film 23. This makes it possible to use any type of camera that a user may already have and on which he will adapt the accessory 13 which is fixed by any type of fixing bar 12, as is done to date to add other accessories to existing cameras.
In this type of device, the development method will of course be the same as that described for the apparatus of FIG. 3. but in this case, as there are directly as many memories 73 as photos taken, these memories can be directly placed on the locations 14 of the photographs once drawn on their printing paper 9. without the need to transfer the sound information from a single memory 7. as described in connection with the apparatus of FIG. 3 but it is certain that even in the case of an accessory 13, it can deliver only one memory 7 per film, collecting all the audio messages of all the photos taken and which then allows the transfer into memories associated with said photographs, as in the process described in Figure 3 "
In the three preceding figures 2, 3 and 4, there is also shown a button 8 for triggering the recording of the sound which may be the same as that to trigger the shooting, but which may also be another button independent of the shooting to possibly allow a recording prior to the latter and which may last longer than the latter; it can also be combined, from the same button 8, a triggering of the shooting after a time delay relative to the start of the recording or on the contrary before it.
Once the photograph obtained from one of the above devices, and then developed, according to the method of the invention, it can be viewed like any photograph known to date, but also if one wishes to be able to reproduce the associated recorded sound, it is then necessary to carry it in any support device 16 capable of receiving said photograph and which for this includes a reader 17 of said digital memory 7l. 73 ”74. and an electronic circuit comprising a microprocessor 19 for entering the information stored in said memory 7l. 73. 74. a synthesizing circuit 20 for transforming said digital signal into an analog signal, an amplifier 21 of said analog signal thus obtained and a speaker 22 for reproducing said signal. According to Figure 7. said reader 17 of said memory 7l. 73 or 74. associated with the photograph 15 placed in the support 16, can be associated with a switch 18 of a power supply 24 which makes it possible to supply, in addition to the memory 7l. the entire electronic circuit comprising the microprocessor 19, the synthesizer 20 and the amplifier 21, and this only when such a photograph 15 is slid into said support 16 to be read there; in another embodiment, said switch 18 can be a manual button which is requested on demand when the photograph 15 remains permanently in said support 16, such as in a frame for example.
Digital memories 7l. 73. 74 used are read only memories (such as Rom, Prom or Eprom for example) or can be any other memories preserving the information even in the absence of electric current: preferably, as indicated previously, such a memory will be a electronic chip as already used in many so-called smart card systems.
