Beschrieben werden anionische siloxanylmodifizierte Verbindungen, deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung als grenzflächenaktive und grenzflächenmodifizierende Stoffe.
Description
Anionische siloxanylmodifizierte polyhydroxylierta Kohlenwasserstoffe
Die Erfindung betrifft anionische siloxanylmodifizierte Verbindungen, deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung als grenzflächenaktive und grenzflächenmodifizierende Stoffe.
Es ist bekannt, siloxanylmodifizierte Alkenole mit Maleinsäureanhydrid zu Halbestern umzusetzen, die dann durch Neutralisation der freien Carbonsäurefunktion in anionische Tenside überführt werden können (DD 255 346, DD 282 692).
Schließlich sind bereits siloxanylmodifizierte Alkyl-gluconamide bekannt geworden (JP 62-68 820), die jedoch selbst bei Verwendung eines kleinen Si loxanblockes nur eine begrenzte Löslichkeit in Wasser aufweisen«
Es ist weiter bekannt, siloxanylmodifizierte Alkanole mit Amidoschwefelsäure in polaren aprotischen Lösungs-
mittein zu den Sulfaten umzusetzen (Poster D. Schaefer, P. Lersch, K.-D. Klein, "Anionische Silcontenside, Münchner Silicontage, August 1992),
Es ist somit dem Stand der Technik keine Lehre zu ent- nehmen, gemäß derer die Vorteile von anionischen
Siloxantensiden, wie z.B. starke Senkung der Oberflächenspannung, mit denen von Saccharidtensiden, z.B. gute biologische Abbaubarkeit und Verträglichkeit mit nativen organischen Materialien, verbunden werden können.
Der Gegenstand der Anmeldung sind daher anionische si loxanylmodi fizierte Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
Hexoseeinheiten ableitet, oder für cyclische oder acyclische polyhydroxyl ierte Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 4 oder 5 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, wobei der Cyclus mindestens ein Sauerstoffatom enthält und gegebenenfalls durch 1 bis 10 Mono- oder 01 igosaccharide mit 1 bis 10 Pentose- und/oder Hexoseeinheiten substituiert ist,
n sich als die maximal mögliche Zahl der OH-Gruppen von Z berechnet, wobei n mindestens 3 und höchstens 40 ist, v für eine Zahl 1 bis 10 steht,
w für eine Zahl 0 bis 10 steht, wobei pro Mono- Saccharideinheit maximal eine Gruppe
vorhanden ist,
D und E unabhängig voneinander für H, Alkyl,

R1, R2 unabhängig voneinander für H oder CH3 stehen, wobei mindestens ein Rest für H steht,

B und R3 den Bedeutungsumfang wie A haben, oder für Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Cycloalkylalkyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl oder Aralkyl stehen, oder A und B zusammen einen Siloxan-Cyclus bilden,
wobei die Reste R4 bis R10 in den Ketten A,
B und R unterschiedlich sein können, und wobei im Molekül eine oder mehrere anionische Gruppen und entsprechend viele kationische Gegenionen vorhanden sind.
Als kationische Gegenionen kommen vorzugsweise Wasserstoff, Alkalimetalle wie Na, K und/oder Erdalkalimetalle wie Mg, Ca oder Ammonium (primäre/sekundäre/tertiäre/quartäre, NH4 ⊕) in Frage.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung haben die
Substituenten im allgemeinen die folgende Bedeutung: Alkyl kann für einen geradkett igen oder verzwe i gten Alkyl rest mi t 1 b i s etwa 6 Kohl enstof f atomen stehen. Beispielsweise seien Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, iso-Propyl, n-Butyl, iso-Butyl, n-Pentyl, iso-Pentyl, n-Hexyl und iso-Hexyl genannt. Bevorzugte Alkylreste sind Methyl und Ethyl.
Halogen kann Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Iod, bevorzugt Fluor oder Chlor, bedeuten. Cycloalkyl kann für einen cyclischen, bevorzugt monocyclischen, Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen. Beispielsweise seien Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl und Cycloheptyl genannt. Bevorzugt sind
Cyclopentyl und Cyclohexyl,
Cycloalkyl-alkyl kann für einen Rest mit 6 bis 13 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen, wobei ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Alkylrest (C1 bis C6) durch einen Cycloalkylrest (C5 bis C7 ) substituiert sein kann. Beispielsweise seien Cyclohexylmethyl, 2-Cyclohexyl-1-ethyl, Cycloheptylmethyl und 2-Cycloheptyl-1-ethyl genannt. Bevorzugt sind Cyclohexylmethyl, 2-Cyclohexyl-1-ethyl.
Aryl kann für einen aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 6 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen. Beispielsweise seien Phenyl, Naphthyl und Biphenyl genannt. Bevorzugt ist Phenyl.
Aralkyl kann für einen Rest mit 7 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen, wobei ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Alkylrest (C1 bis C6) durch einen aromatischen Rest (C6 bis C12) substituiert sein kann. Beispielsweise seien Benzyl, Phenyl-ethyl und Phenyl-propyl genannt. Bevorzugt ist Benzyl. Die Aryl- und Aralkylreste können gegebenenfalls substituiert sein. Als Subst ituenten seien beispielsweise Niederalkyl (C1 bis etwa C6), Aryl (C6 bis C12) und Halogen, bevorzugt Fluor und Chlor, genannt, C1- bis C4-Acyl kann für einen Formyl-, Acetyl-,
Propionyl-, iso-Propionyl-Rest stehen. Bevorzugt ist Acetyl.
Die Strukturelemente können statistisch verteilt oder zu größeren Strukturbereichen (Blöcken) zusammengefaßt sein. Es ist auch möglich, daß die Siloxankette nur aus einer Sorte der Strukturelemente besteht.
Im allgemeinen besteht die Siloxankette aus insgesamt 0 bis 600, bevorzugt 0 bis 200, insbesondere bevorzugt 0 bis 50, Strukturelementen (m).
Der Begriff "maximal mögliche Zahl der OH-Gruppen von Z" bei der Definition von n bedeutet, daß bei Zuckern z.B. eine Pentose- oder Hexose-Einheit in der cyclischen Form nicht mehr als 3 bzw. 4 OH-Gruppen enthalten werden kann.
Die Anzahl der Subst ituenten M pro Einheit Z beträgt vorzugsweise 1 (v=1). In diesem Fall sind mehrere

Zucker zu verstehen sind, und wobei die übrigen Symbole, Reste und Gruppen die oben angegebenen, insbesondere die bevorzugten, besonders bevorzugten oder ganz besonders bevorzugten Bedeutungen haben.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß man die neuen Verbindungen der Formel (I)
durch Umsetzung von
A) Verbindungen der Formel (III)
in der
R11 bis R14 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, aber nicht für X' stehen, E', D' unabhängig voneinander für H, Alkyl, C1-C4-Acyl stehen, und die übrigen Symbole, Reste und Gruppen die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit
B) dem Derivat einer Dicarbonsäure, einem Lacton, einem Sulton oder Isocyanatoalkylcarbonsäure- (-Derivat) oder Schwefelsäure-Derivaten.
Die Umsetzung erfolgt in aprotischen polaren Lösungsmitteln wie Dioxan, Ether, THF, Acetonitril, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von Veresterungskatalysatoren und gegebenenfalls anschließende Neutralisation mit Alkali- und/oder Erdalkali-Salzen.
Die Verbindungen der Formel (II) sind bekannt und werden in einer parallelen Anmeldung beschrieben.
In Abhängigkeit von den eingesetzten Ausgangsverbindüngen der Formel (III) und insbesondere bei höhermolekularen Ausgangsverbindungen erhält man Produkte bzw. Produktgemische von Verbindungen der Formel (I) in denen die einzelnen Moleküle unterschiedlich, d.h. an verschiedenen reaktiven Stellen und/oder gegebenenfalls an unterschiedlichen Stellen mit den Derivaten von Dicarbonsäuren, Schwefelsäure, Lactonen, Sultonen oder Isocyanatoalkylcarbonsäuren reagiert haben.
Aus den erhaltenen Produktgemischen können die reinen Verbindungen isoliert werden. Für die Verwendung als grenzflächenaktive bzw. grenzflächenmodifizierende Stoffe werden aber vorzugsweise die aus den Herstellungsverfahren erhältlichen Produkte bzw. Prodüktgemische, gegebenenfalls nach einer Grobreinigung, direkt als technische Ware eingesetzt.
Gegenstand der Anmeldung sind daher auch die aus den Verfahren erhältlichen Produkte und Produktgemische,
Die Ausgangsverbindungen der Formel (III) werden im allgemeinen mit 1 bis 5 Mol, vorzugsweise 1 bis 2 Mol Säure, Lacton oder Sulton pro Äquivalent an Hydroxyoder Aminogruppen umgesetzt, Die neuen Verbindungen der Formel (I) weisen ausgesprochen guten grenzflächenaktive und grenzflächenmodifizierende Eigenschaften auf und werden erfindungsgemäß z.B, als Filmbildner, Verlaufmittel, Netzmittel, Dispergiermittel, Stabilisatoren und/oder Spreitmittel oder allgemein als Formulierungsmittel, Additive oder Adjuvantien dort eingesetzt, wo die Eigenschaften von Formulierungen entsprechend modifiziert werden müssen.
Aufgrund des Aufbaus der Verbindungen der Formel (I) aus einem Siloxanylteil der über einen Spacer an polyhydroxyl ierte Kohlenwasserstoffe gebunden ist, können die Eigenschaften der Verbindungen der Formel (I) durch Variation am Siloxanylteil, Spacer und/oder Kohlenwasserstoffteil leicht den Anforderungen entsprechend angepaßt werden.
Beispielsweise läßt sich über die Kettenlänge des
Siloxans die Hydrophobie und über die Art des Ziickerrestes die Hydrophobie einstellen. Die Löslichkeit und die grenzflächenaktiven Eigenschaften werden außerdem über den Spacer beeinflußt.
Zusätzlich bieten die Verbindungen der Formel (I) den Vorteil der guten biologischen Abbaubarkeit bzw. einer ausgesprochen guten Ökoverträglichkeit,
Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) werden daher bevorzugt als Formulierhilfsmittel, Additive oder Adjuvantien für Pflanzenschutzmittel wie Insektizide-, Herbizide-, Fungizide-Mittel eingesetzt. Sie dienen als Emulgatoren für z.B. Insektizide, Herbizide, Fungizide, Wachstumsregulierende Wirkstoffe und/oder Lösungsmittel in Fest-und Flüssigformulierungen, insbesondere in Emulsionskonzentraten dieser Wirkstoffe.
Als Additive oder Adj'uvantien dienen sie zur Wirkungsverbesserung, indem sie die Sprühnebelhaftung erhöhen oder die Penetration des Wirkstoffs in die Pflanze steigern können. Damit verbunden ist z.B. eine erhöhte Regenfestigkeit. Als Fo rmulierhilfsmittel werden sie mit 0,5 bis 50 % , vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 % in die Rezeptur eingearbeitet. Als Additiv oder Adj'uvants werden sie in einer Konzentration von 0,05 bis 1 %, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 0,5 % der Spritzbrühe zugesetzt.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen zur Erläuterung der Erfindung,
Beispiel 1
1a) Acylierung eines Aminopropylsiloxans mit Gluconolacton
8 g (2,86·10-2 mol) des 3-Aminopropyl-1,1,1-3- 5,5,5-Heptamethyltrisiloxan und 5,12 g (2,86·10-2 mol) Gluconsäurelacton werden in 35 ml Methanol unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Nach 6 Stunden wird das Lösungsmittel abgezogen. Der verbleibende Sirup wird in 40 ml Pentan aufgenommen. Das Produkt fällt aus und wird nach Abtrennen der Lösung getrocknet. Man erhält 12,5 g eines weißen Pulvers.
1b) Synthese des Maleinsäurehalbesters von 1
6,9 g (1,5·10- 2 mol) des Gluconamides aus Beispiel
1a) und 10 mg J2 werden in 30 ml Dioxan gelöst und auf 90° C erhitzt, wobei sich das siloxanylmodifizierte Gluconamid vollständig löst. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur werden 1,47 g (1,2·10-2) Maleinsäureanhydrid, gelöst in 5 ml Dioxan, zugesetzt.
Innerhalb 1 h wird auf 90° C erwärmt und diese
Temperatur für 6 h gehalten. Dann wird das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abgezogen und die Masse in Pentan (30 ml) aufgenommen. Durch starke Rührung wird eine pulverartig erscheinende weiße Masse erhalten. Das überstehende Lösungsmittel wird abdekantiert und der Prozeß mit 2 × 30 ml Pentan wiederholt. Nach Vakuumtrocknung erhält man 7,8 g eines weiß-gelblichen Wachses,
1c) Synthese der Carboxylate durch Neutralisation der Säurefunktion mit entsprechenden Basen
2 g Maleinsaurehalbester (3,6·10 - mol) gemäß Beispiel 1b) und 0,7 g N-Methylglucamin werden in 10 ml Methanol aufgenommen und für 1 h unter
Rückf luß erhi tzt .
Nach Abziehen des Lösungsmittels verbleibt ein weiß-gelbes Pulver. Die Aufnahme in 30 ml Pentan und dessen Abdekantieren nach kräftiger Rührung der Suspension führt nach abschließender Trocknung zu einem weiß-gelben Pulver (2,5 g). ber. gef.

Es werden 3 Tropfen einer Phenolphthaleinlösung in Ethanol/ Wasser zugesetzt. Unter Rührung wird eine etwa 5 bis 10 Jiige Lösung von NaOH in Methanol bis zum Umschlagsprodukt zugetropft. Während des Zutropfens fällt das Salz aus der Lösung aus. Die abschießende Eindampfung der Suspension ergibt 2,9 g eines weißen Pulvers. ber. gef.

Beispiel 2
2a) Acylierung von Aminopropyl-heptamethyltrisiloxan mit Glucopyranosylarabonsäurelacton
1,8 g 3-Aminαpropyl-1,1,1,3,5,5-Heptamethyltrisiloxan ( 6 ,45 * 10~3 mo l ) und 2 g Glucopyranosylara bonsäurelacton (6,45·10- 3 mol)
Methanol gemischt und 5 h unter {Rückfluß
erhitzt. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion wird das Lösungsmittel abgezogen und der Rückstand in 10 ml Ether/15 ml Pentan aufgenommen. Durch Rührung wird das Produkt gefällt. Die Fällmittelmischung wird abdekantiert und der Bodensatz einer Vakuumtrocknung unterzogen. Es verbleiben 3,1 g eines Pulvers.
Oberflächenspannung (σ) einer 0,1 Jiigen wäßrigen Losung 19,0 mN/m, 2b) Synthese des Maleinsäurehalbesters, Neutralisation der Carbonsäurefunktion
1,5 g des Amides nach Beispiel 2a) (2,25·10-3 mol) werden in 20 ml Dioxan bei 90 bis 100° C gelöst. Nach Rückkühlung auf ca. 50° C werden 0,25 g
Maleinsäureanhydrid, gelöst in 5 ml Dioxan, zugesetzt. Unmittelbar anschließend wird 0,1 ml CS2 eingetropft und der Ansatz für 5 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Nach Kühlung auf 60° C werden 0,14 g KOH, gelöst in 15 ml Methanol, eingetropft, Es wird noch 20 Minuten bei 60° C weitergerührt. Dann wird der Ansatz vom Lösungsmittelgemisch befreit. Es werden 1,6 g eines farblosen Pulvers erhalten. ber. gef,

Nach Entfernung des Lösungsmittels durch mehrmaliges Waschen des Reaktionsproduktes mit 30 ml Ether/50 ml Hexan und anschließend mit 5 × 20 ml Ether erhält man nach Vakuumtrocknung 2,6 g einesgelblichen Pulvers. ber. gef.

Beispiel 4
4a) Synthese der Schiff's'ehen Base
21,6 g (75 mmol) GMF (Glucosyloxymethylfurfural), das zuvor in 20 ml trockenem Methanol gelöst wurde,
werden zu 20,9 g 3-Aminopropyl-1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyl-trisiloxan hinzugegeben. Die Mischung wird 10 h auf Rückflußtemperatur erhitzt. Das Lösungsmittel wird abgezogen und der Rückstand im Vakuum getrocknet. Ausbeute: 35,5 g Pulver der Formel 4a. ber. gef.

4b) Reduktion der Schiff'sehen Base aus Beispiel 4a)
32,8 g (60 mmol) des Produkts aus Beispiel 4a) werden in Methanol (200 ml) gelöst und in Gegenwart von Raney-Nickel bei 110-120° C und 120-140 bar H2 hydriert. Nach dem Abkühlen wird der Katalysator abfiltriert und das Filtrat eingeengt. Ausbeute: 28,2 g (84,7 % d.Th.)
Massensprektrum (CI/Isobutan, silylierte Probe) MH⊕ = 915 m/l. c) Synthese des Maleinamides und Neutralisation der Carbonsäurefunktion
13,6 g des gemäß Beispiel 4b) hergestellten sekundären Amines (2,7·10-2 mol) werden in 150 ml Dioxan gelöst. Anschließend werden 0,2 ml CS2 und 2,4 g (2,7·10-2 mol) Maleinsäureanhydrid (gelöst in Dioxan) zugesetzt. Der Ansatz wird für 5 Stunden auf 90° C erhitzt und anschließend 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur belassen.
2,1 g (0,027 mol) Natrium-Acetat, gelöst in 30 ml absolutem Methanol werden bei Raumtemperatur zu dem oben beschriebenen Reaktionεprodukt gegeben; man rührt 90 Minuten nach. Die überstehende Lösung wird abdekantiert. Der Rückstand wird mit n-Hexan verrührt und abgesaugt. Nach Trocknung im Vakuum erhält man 9,8 g Produkt, Aus dem Filtrat werden weitere 4 g Produkt isoliert.

Beispiel 5
Allgemeine Arbeitsvorschrift für die Synthese von anionischen Siloxanyl-Kohlenhydrat-Tensiden
1. Umsetzung von Kohlenhydrat mit Maleinsäureanhydrid
Kohlenhydrat und Maleinsäureanhydrid werden in äquimolarer Menge in Pyridin 6 Stunden auf maximal 65° C erwärmt. Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel am Rotationsverdampfer entfernt und der Rückstand mittels Ölpumpenvakuum getrocknet. Man erhält ein hellbraunes hygroskopisches Pulver. Die Umsetzung ist quantitativ, die Ausbeute liegt weit über 90 %.
2, Das nach 1. erhaltene Zuckermaleat wird in wenig Wasser gelöst und mit der äquimolaren Menge ebenfalls in Wasser gelösten Natriumhydrogencarbonats neutralisiert. Anschließend wird das Wasser am Rotationsverdampfer entfernt, 3, Das Natriura-Zuckermaleat wird in Dioxan suspendiert, man gibt bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren das Epoxysiloxan hinzu und erwärmt 40 Stunden zum Rückfluß, Dabei muß darauf geachtet werden, daß der Feststoff nicht verklumpt,
Der Zusatz von Bortrifluorid-Etherat als Katalysator ergibt nach bisherigen Erkenntnissen keine signifikante Erhöhung der Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit oder der Ausbeute, Beim Einsatz polymerer Siloxane kann es sogar zur unerwünschten Vernetzung des Siloxanrestes kommen,
Nicht umgesetztes Natr ium-Zuckermaleat wird durch Filtration abgetrennt, das Produkt durch Abziehen des Lösungsmittels am Rotationsverdampfer isoliert. Die Ausbeute beträgt trotz der langen Reaktionszeit nur etwa
50 % , doch ist diese Reaktion noch nicht optimiert, vor allem die Wahl des Lösungsmittels könnte erheblichen Einfluß auf die Ausbeute haben. Die Charakterisierung der Produkte erfolgt mittels 13C-NMR-Spektroskopie.
Beispiel: Umsetzung von 4,4 g (0,01 mol) Palatinosylmaleat, neutralisiert mit 1 g NaHCO3, mit 3,37 g (0,01
mol) Heptaraethyltrisi loxanylpropyl-2,3-epoxypropylether in 30 ml Dioxan ergibt 3,2 g einer rotbraunen Flüssigkeit, die mittels ihres 13c-NMR-Spektrums charakterisiert wurde. Die cmc dieser Verbindung beträgt 1,35 × 10-5 mol/l und die maximale Oberflächenspannungserniedrigung 20,7 mN/m.
Beispiel 6
6a) Umsetzung von Norbornendicarbonsaureanhydrid mit 1,1,1,3,5,5,5,-Heptamethyltrisiloxan (M2DH)
2,15 g (1,31·10-2 mol) M2DH werden bei Raumtemperatur unter Argon gemischt und das Gemenge in der Folgezeit erhitzt. In der Aufheizphase werden bei 80°C 0,073 g (1,31·10-5 mol) eines 3,5 % Pt enthaltenen Lamorean-Katalysators (US ) zugesetzt. Ab 110° C sind die Mischungsbestandteile homogen gelöst. Der Ansatz wird schließlich bis auf 140° C erhitzt und diese Temperatur 5 h aufrecht er- halten. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion werden am
Rotationsverdampfer überschüssiges M2DH und letzte Spuren des Norbonendicarbonεäureanhydrids entfernt, wobei zur Erreichung eines schmelzflüssigen Zustandes Erhitzung auf 120-130°C erfolgt. Es werden 4,8 g eines durch Pt-Spuren leicht grau gefärbten weißen Pulvers erhalten.

b) Umsetzung des siloxanylmodifizierten Säureanhydrids gemäß a) mit Glycerin und Triethylamin
1,5 g (3,89·10-3 mol) des siloxanylmodifizierten Säureanhydrids gemäß a) werden auf 120° C erhitzt, wobei es sich verflüssigt.
Es werden 0,356 g (3,88·10-3 mol) Glycerin und 10 mg Triethylamin zugesetzt und die Mischung auf 140° C für 3 h erhitzt. Nach Rückkühlung auf 90° C werden 0,391 g (3,88·10-3 mol) Triethylamin zugesetzt und 30 Min nachgerührt. Es werden nach Abziehen aller leichtflüchtigen Bestandteile an der Ölpumpe 2,0 g einer bräunlichen hochgradig viskosen Flüssigkeit erhalten.

1. Anionische siloxanylmodifizierte Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
worin Z für einen Rest steht, der sich von einem
Mono- oder Oligosaccharid mit Pentose- und/oder Hexoseeinheiten ableitet, oder für cyclische oder acyclische polyhydroxyl ierte Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 4 oder 5 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, wobei der Cyclus mindestens ein Sauerstoffatora enthält und gegebenenfalls durch 1 bis 10 Mono-oder Oligosaccharide mit 1 bis 10 Pentose- und/oder Hexoseeinheiten substituiert ist, n sich als die maximal mögliche Zahl der OH- Gruppen von Z berechnet, wobei n mindestens 3 und höchstens 40 ist, v für eine Zahl 1 bis 10 steht,

R13 und R14 unabhängig für X', Wasserstoff oder C1- C4-Alkyl stehen,
L für die Gruppen -CH=CH- oder
R11 für X" oder H, Alkyl, Hydroxyalkyl oder die
Gruppen
, oder , a bis h unabhängig voneinander für eine Zahl 0 oder 1 stehen, wobei mindestens ein Index 1 ist,
Sil für einen siliciumhalt igen Rest der
Formel
und einer Endgruppe
besteht,
R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 und R9 gleich oder verschieden sind und Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Cycloalkyl-alkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl oder Aralkyl bedeuten, wobei di e Reste R5 , R7 und R8 auch für di e Gruppe
R10 für Alkyl steht und wobei die Sumrae der Struktureleraente m unabhängig voneinander für eine Zahl von 0 bis 600 steht, und
B und R3 den Bedeutungsumfang wie A haben, oder für Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Cycloalkyl- alkyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl oder Aralkyl stehen, oder A und B zusammen einen Siloxan-Cyclus bilden, wobei die Reste R4 bis R10 in den Ketten A, B und R3 unterschiedlich sein können, und wobei im Molekül eine oder mehrere anionische Gruppen und entsprechend viele kationische Gegenionen vorhanden sind.

Z für einen Rest steht, der sich von einem Zucker oder Zucker-Derivat ableitet.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel (I)
Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, durch Umsetzung von Verbindungen der Formel (III)
in der
X" für Alkyl, Carbonylalkyl oder die Gruppe steht, R11 bis R14 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, jedoch nicht für X' stehen,
E', D' unabhängig voneinander für H, Niederalkyl, C1-C4-Acyl stehen, und die übrigen Symbole, Reste und Gruppen die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit dem Derivat einer Dicarbonsäure, einem Lacton, einem Sulfon, einem Iεocyanatoalkylcarbonsäure- Derivat oder einem Schwefelsäure-Derivat.
7. Die nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 erhältlichen Produkte und Produktgemische.
8. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1 als grenzflächenaktive und grenzflächen- modifizierende Stoffe.
9. Verwendung der nach Anspruch 6 erhältlichen
Produkte und Produktgemische als grenzflächenaktive und grenzflächenmodifizierende Stoffe.
10, Pflanzenschutzmittel enthaltend Verbindungen der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1 und/oder Produkte bzw. Produktgemische nach Anspruch 7.
