Abstract

A cattle trailer in which the animal faces backwards to ensure greater comfort and safety. The trailer consists of a chassis (1) on which a housing (2) with two openings is mounted. The first opening enables the animal to enter the housing and consists of a side door (3) hung on three hinges arranged on an inclined axis, and a front door (4) hung on two vertical hinges, said doors being mutually lockable. The second opening enables the animal to exit the housing and comprises a door (5) hinged about a vertical axis. This device is particularly suitable for transporting horses.
