A portion of this is reused, while another portion is disposed of, incinerated, or landfilled depending on the type and degree of pollution, as well as on materials.
- DE-PS 3248 493 C2 discloses a process for recovering valuable materials from mixed waste from the construction industry and a plant for carrying out the process. This process is also complex and requires high investment costs for a corresponding system.
- the delivered mixed waste is sieved in front of an intermediate bunker and the sieving process is then continued, then the wood that is suitable for further processing is separated from the intermediately bunkered Sfebüberi before it is shredded, the shredded material is separated into a fine and coarse fraction after an iron separation, the sieving operation of this sieving together which also has an iron separation in a two - stage sieving into a fine -.

- adhering paper parts which detach in the vascular liquid and then, depending on the density, float in the liquid, float on its surface or also sink to the bottom of the vessel.
- the mixture has to be set in motion with high energy input in order to separate plastic parts and adhering dirt and / or paper particles before the divorce.
- the hollow plastic body should advantageously be marked by an optically detectable code (DE - PS 35 20486).
- the object of the invention is to provide a recycling method and a recycling system for plastic waste contained in household waste and / or special hospital waste, with which it is economically justifiable to produce products from the plastic waste obtained, which are particularly suitable for problem-free landfilling and can also be used in practice when building landfills.
- the problem is solved with a recycling process for plastic waste contained in household waste and / or in special hospital waste with the invention in that in a delivery station from the household waste and / or from the special hospital waste an artificial fraction contained therein is sorted out, and a composite of different types of plastic is used as well Proportions of plastic mixed raw material containing adhering impurities are obtained and this is further processed in an unsorted manner for the production of products.
- the measure proposed by the invention to mix portions of the most diverse plastics with adhering impurities to form a plastic mixed raw material and to process this batch unsorted to produce products obviously contradicts the previously established opinion of the professional world that only type-sorted sorted plastic parts are recyclable. It is all the more surprising that the invention proposes a recycling process and a recycling system, with the aid of which the further processing of an unsorted plastic raw material is made possible. But it is precisely through this proposal, which contradicts a widespread experience of experts in the art, that the previously existing economic inhibition threshold for recycling plastic parts is surprisingly reduced and a particularly economically advantageous method is shown for processing such mixed raw material into usable end products.
- the process is designed in this way. that a plastic fraction sorted out of special hospital waste is first pre-comminuted and disinfected in a comminution disinfection station and thereby processed into a household-like waste, but in a sterile form, and then added to the plastic raw material obtained from household waste.
- the plastics fraction from the special hospital waste can be sorted out using mechanical means according to another proposal. This has the advantage that human workers do not come into contact with the special hospital waste.
- a further embodiment provides that the plastic fraction from the household waste is read out by hand in a reading station.
- One embodiment further provides that pre-comminuted plastic raw material obtained from domestic waste and / or special hospital waste is temporarily stored and delivered by one or more intermediate stores to a central thrower processing station and first comminuted therein in a fine comminution stage, batches of comminuted material being added to a silo and mixed therein and stored and then an extruder is used to produce a preferably strand-like intermediate extrusion product and this is cooled in one pass through a cooling calender, in the further pass through a diathermy station which preferably generates a high-frequency field, and then the extrusion strand is chopped into pellets, the pellets obtained are temporarily stored and removed the pellets are made into usable products in a final processing process.
- the pre-comminuted plastic chips are comminuted in the fine comminution stage to an average particle size of less than 10 mm, preferably 4 to 6 mm.
- the final processing method is an injection molding process. Such is particularly advantageous because the intended end products can be molded on in a named and economical manner.
- the final processing method is an agglomeration and shaping method using a preferably hydraulic binder such as a cement / water mixture with or without blast furnace slag or a mortar which is water-insoluble after hardening.
- a preferably hydraulic binder such as a cement / water mixture with or without blast furnace slag or a mortar which is water-insoluble after hardening.
- shaped blocks can be produced from the pellets using economical economic means and using plant elements known per se.
- a process step that can be integrated into the process sequence can be carried out according to a further proposal in such a way that after the first and / or after the second comminution stage, an intermediate screening is carried out, during which parts of fine substances, in particular adhering impurities or during the comminution, are released ⁇ set liquid and / or foreign substances are sieved from the plastic mixed raw material.
- a recycling system for the production of products from plastic waste in particular for carrying out the method according to claims 1 to 10, provides system parts according to features a) to c) in claim 11. Further advantageous configurations are provided according to the features of claims 12 and 13.
- Products in particular usable, earthbound landfill cover stones, cable cover plates, drainage pipes, shaped stones and the like are characterized in that they are produced in accordance with the method according to the invention according to claims 1 to 10 using pellets from unsorted plastic mixed raw material.

- the screw extruder 7 which is known per se, is equipped with special, highly wear-resistant and particularly strong internal parts and tools. Due to the fact that within the extruder the plastic is converted into a partly viscous state under heat and pressure and thus results in a kind of lubricating film, an extruder equipped with highly wear-resistant and particularly strong interior parts is able to work trouble-free with a long service life and corresponding availability . This is also a surprising, advantageous result of the invention for experts.
- the extrusion strand 20 is passed through a cooling section having a cooling calender 8 and immediately thereafter through a diathermy unit 9 equipped with means for generating a high-frequency field, after which the extrusion strand 20 is chopped into pellets in a granulator cutting machine 10.
- These pellets are temporarily stored in a storage silo 17 and then fed to an end station with an end product manufacturing device 18 for the production of end products.
- the end product manufacturing device 18 is then occasionally followed by a finished product store 19.
- the end product manufacturing device 18 can advantageously have an injection molding machine 11 with means for shaping the end products. With 20 receptacles for end products are designated.
- the end product production device 18 can also have a machine system known per se for the production of molded blocks using hydraulic binders which bind the pellets, such as Portland cement, HO slag, water-insoluble mortar, etc.
- the end products made from plastic raw material or the pellets produced therefrom are particularly suitable products such as, in particular, usable earth-bound landfill cover stones, cable cover plates, drainage pipes, shaped stones and the like. These are characterized in that they are produced in accordance with the method according to the invention according to the method claims using pellets from unsorted plastic raw material.
- the mass of the plastic raw material is mixed, welded, glued and thus homogenized with the proportionate inclusion of foreign substances or contaminants that the end products produced therefrom, in particular for landfill Usable stones have a maximum resistance to dilution by groundwater. For this reason, these stones are particularly advantageous for creating landfill ventilation, landfill borders and the like.
- the recycling process according to the invention it is achieved with great advantage that plastic waste of the most varied types of plastic in the form of the end products now obtained can be disposed of without problems and harmless to the environment, which can also be used for the creation and ventilation of landfills.

The invention relates to a recycling method and a recycling system for plastic waste contained in household waste and / or in special hospital waste. Furthermore, the invention relates to products produced by the method, in particular landfill-compatible landfill cover stones, cable cover plates, drainage pipes, shaped stones and the like.
With the increasing amount of waste from different origins such as household waste, commercial waste, industrial waste or special waste such as special hospital waste, chemical waste and the like, as well as rising raw material prices, the interest of the public and waste-producing companies in an economic reuse of waste materials increases. This is all the more so since, in addition to the increase in waste quantities, the problems that arise when they are disposed of, primarily environmental problems, are constantly increasing and thus each result in higher costs.
In this process, the resources are collected and certain materials are sorted and / or cleaned for further use. The waste materials are roughly sorted according to materials, certain of the pre-sorted parts are shredded, the shredded parts are separated according to materials, parts of the same are washed and the washed parts are separated according to different materials. A portion of this is reused, while another portion is disposed of, incinerated, or landfilled depending on the type and degree of pollution, as well as on materials.
The disadvantage is that the system required for this is extraordinarily extensive and accordingly requires high investment costs that can only be amortized when the system is fully utilized. Furthermore, even in this complex process, the proportion factor of reusable material depends on the type and condition of the same and is often unsatisfactory. The conditions necessary for the economical operation of such plants, in particular according to a collection system for a sufficiently large and uniform throughput, can only be achieved in rare cases, which is why the proposed recycling plant has so far not been able to establish itself. DE-PS 3248 493 C2 discloses a process for recovering valuable materials from mixed waste from the construction industry and a plant for carrying out the process. This process is also complex and requires high investment costs for a corresponding system. The delivered mixed waste is sieved in front of an intermediate bunker and the sieving process is then continued, then the wood that is suitable for further processing is separated from the intermediately bunkered Sfebüberi before it is shredded, the shredded material is separated into a fine and coarse fraction after an iron separation, the sieving operation of this sieving together which also has an iron separation in a two - stage sieving into a fine -. Medium and coarse fractions separated, the coarse fraction separated into a light and a heavy fraction by air sifting, the non-ferrous metals with the remaining combustible fraction removed from the light fraction and the non-ferrous metals and combustible material with the remaining stone fractions separated by hand and the fine and middle fractions of the two - stage screening were spotted into a sand - like fraction, a combustible fraction and a stone fraction.
This known method and the corresponding system are also extremely complex, and they also require a high level of investment and operating costs, which is why economical operation is only possible with permanent full load. Since it is mixed waste from the construction industry, preferably demolition materials and the like, there are also high transport costs, which is why this known method and the corresponding installation have so far been of no importance.
The situation is similar when it comes to reusing recyclable plastics, in particular from household waste and / or special hospital waste. The recycling industry is only interested in type-sorted plastic material, which must also be processed in such a careful manner that it does not adhere to any significant amounts of foreign substances or dirt. In order to achieve this, known methods of floating and sink processing have already been proposed for sorting prepacked plastic waste. Such a swimming and sinking vessel for separating and discharging sinking and suspended particles has become known from DE-PS 2803 164. In column 2, second paragraph, it is stated, among other things, that known swimming and sinking vessels are not sufficiently suitable for the separation of, for example, shredded plastic parts. Such plastic parts are sometimes still provided with adhering paper parts which detach in the vascular liquid and then, depending on the density, float in the liquid, float on its surface or also sink to the bottom of the vessel. In order to make the floating - sinking process suitable for the sorting of plastic particles, the mixture has to be set in motion with high energy input in order to separate plastic parts and adhering dirt and / or paper particles before the divorce. These or similar processing methods as well as the mechanical devices required for this also cause comparatively high costs, so that the economic incentive for such recycling methods and devices is severely limited.
For this reason, attempts have already been made to economically design a method for sorting hollow plastic bodies from waste, in particular from domestic waste, in that the unsorted hollow plastic bodies are guided on a transport route past or below an optical detection device which is equipped with a storage and memory device for identification the various hollow plastic bodies are connected, and branches, switches or the like are arranged downstream on the transport road, which, controlled in dependence on the identified hollow plastic bodies, release feeds to individual intermediate collecting containers for collecting hollow plastic bodies of the same type. For this purpose, the hollow plastic body should advantageously be marked by an optically detectable code (DE - PS 35 20486).
However, this method also remains questionable, because on the one hand only plastic hollow bodies are detected, on the other hand they are partly passed past a detection station in such a way that the identification device of the optical detection device is not able to assign these learned models and consequently does not recognize them .
All in all, it can be said that the existing proposals for recycling processes and recycling plants of different waste compositions and types of origin neither meet the economic nor the practical requirements for sorting out waste and producing usable products with economic resources and a high degree of coverage, which on the one hand have the necessary requirements Worth the effort and, on the other hand, can be used in a suitable place for a reasonable use.
Starting from the aforementioned prior art, the object of the invention is to provide a recycling method and a recycling system for plastic waste contained in household waste and / or special hospital waste, with which it is economically justifiable to produce products from the plastic waste obtained, which are particularly suitable for problem-free landfilling and can also be used in practice when building landfills. The problem is solved with a recycling process for plastic waste contained in household waste and / or in special hospital waste with the invention in that in a delivery station from the household waste and / or from the special hospital waste an artificial fraction contained therein is sorted out, and a composite of different types of plastic is used as well Proportions of plastic mixed raw material containing adhering impurities are obtained and this is further processed in an unsorted manner for the production of products.
The measure proposed by the invention to mix portions of the most diverse plastics with adhering impurities to form a plastic mixed raw material and to process this batch unsorted to produce products obviously contradicts the previously established opinion of the professional world that only type-sorted sorted plastic parts are recyclable.
The process is designed in this way. that a plastic fraction sorted out of special hospital waste is first pre-comminuted and disinfected in a comminution disinfection station and thereby processed into a household-like waste, but in a sterile form, and then added to the plastic raw material obtained from household waste.
Because the proportion of plastic in special hospital waste is particularly high, the plastics fraction from the special hospital waste can be sorted out using mechanical means according to another proposal. This has the advantage that human workers do not come into contact with the special hospital waste.
A further embodiment provides that the plastic fraction from the household waste is read out by hand in a reading station.
Such a manual selection process for waste is known and leads to a comparatively productive sorting result with economically justifiable costs. One embodiment further provides that pre-comminuted plastic raw material obtained from domestic waste and / or special hospital waste is temporarily stored and delivered by one or more intermediate stores to a central thrower processing station and first comminuted therein in a fine comminution stage, batches of comminuted material being added to a silo and mixed therein and stored and then an extruder is used to produce a preferably strand-like intermediate extrusion product and this is cooled in one pass through a cooling calender, in the further pass through a diathermy station which preferably generates a high-frequency field, and then the extrusion strand is chopped into pellets, the pellets obtained are temporarily stored and removed the pellets are made into usable products in a final processing process.
It is advantageously provided that the pre-comminuted plastic chips are comminuted in the fine comminution stage to an average particle size of less than 10 mm, preferably 4 to 6 mm.
One embodiment provides that the final processing method is an injection molding process. Such is particularly advantageous because the intended end products can be molded on in a named and economical manner.
However, it is also possible that, after an alternative proposal, the final processing method is an agglomeration and shaping method using a preferably hydraulic binder such as a cement / water mixture with or without blast furnace slag or a mortar which is water-insoluble after hardening. Here too, for example, shaped blocks can be produced from the pellets using economical economic means and using plant elements known per se.
A process step that can be integrated into the process sequence can be carried out according to a further proposal in such a way that after the first and / or after the second comminution stage, an intermediate screening is carried out, during which parts of fine substances, in particular adhering impurities or during the comminution, are released ¬ set liquid and / or foreign substances are sieved from the plastic mixed raw material.
And finally, there is an arrangement. that the method for the production of in particular earthbound, ie suitable for use in contact with the soil, usable products such as landfill ventilation stones, cable cover plates. Drainage pipes and similar simple building blocks or elements are used.
A recycling system for the production of products from plastic waste, in particular for carrying out the method according to claims 1 to 10, provides system parts according to features a) to c) in claim 11. Further advantageous configurations are provided according to the features of claims 12 and 13.
Products, in particular usable, earthbound landfill cover stones, cable cover plates, drainage pipes, shaped stones and the like are characterized in that they are produced in accordance with the method according to the invention according to claims 1 to 10 using pellets from unsorted plastic mixed raw material.
Es zeigen:Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following explanation of an exemplary embodiment shown schematically in FIGS. 1 and 2. Show it:

In FIG. 1, a motorized work train consisting of motor vehicle and two trailers is shown at the top left, which has a device 1 for sorting out a plastic fraction from hospital special waste in the motor vehicle, behind it a coarse shredder 2 in the first trailer, and this is followed by a plastic chip disinfection device 13 records. A transportable coarse material store for the sorted and pre-shredded plastic material is arranged after these units in the second trailer. In the level below, a household waste processing station is shown, comprising a feed hopper 14 and a subsequent hand-held conveyor belt 4 for the manual selection of plastic parts. These are then sorted into the containers shown on the side of the belt 4, it also being possible to sort out other types of waste, such as glass, among other things, and to use them for another purpose. The plastic parts sorted out of the rubbish by the hand-held tape 4 are then fed to a coarse shredding device with the shredder 5 and the chips produced thereby are loaded into the coarse material storage unit 3b, which can also be transported. In these portable coarse goods stores 3a and 3b, household waste and / or Krαnkenhαussondermüll obtained, pre-comminuted plastic - mixed raw material initially stored and then delivered by one or more intermediate storage to a central processing station and first placed in a storage silo 16. The material is mixed again and equalized and delivered in such an amount per unit of time that the subsequent processing can take place in a continuous pass through the individual work stages. From this storage silo 16 (FIG. 2) for the mixed raw material, this is fed to a fine comminution device, preferably having a grinding device 6, with a connected fine material silo 15, and the finely comminuted material is mixed and stored again in this silo. From the intermediate silo 15, the finely comminuted mixed raw material is fed into an extrusion device, preferably having a twin-screw extruder, and processed therein to form an extrusion strand 20.
Because the plastic wastes contain 15 to 20% foreign substances and can also contain abrasive substances such as sand, the screw extruder 7, which is known per se, is equipped with special, highly wear-resistant and particularly strong internal parts and tools.
As the system diagram according to FIGS. 1 and 2 shows, the extrusion strand 20, after it has left the extruder head, is passed through a cooling section having a cooling calender 8 and immediately thereafter through a diathermy unit 9 equipped with means for generating a high-frequency field, after which the extrusion strand 20 is chopped into pellets in a granulator cutting machine 10. These pellets are temporarily stored in a storage silo 17 and then fed to an end station with an end product manufacturing device 18 for the production of end products. The end product manufacturing device 18 is then occasionally followed by a finished product store 19. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the end product manufacturing device 18 can advantageously have an injection molding machine 11 with means for shaping the end products. With 20 receptacles for end products are designated.
However, the end product production device 18 can also have a machine system known per se for the production of molded blocks using hydraulic binders which bind the pellets, such as Portland cement, HO slag, water-insoluble mortar, etc. The end products made from plastic raw material or the pellets produced therefrom are particularly suitable products such as, in particular, usable earth-bound landfill cover stones, cable cover plates, drainage pipes, shaped stones and the like. These are characterized in that they are produced in accordance with the method according to the invention according to the method claims using pellets from unsorted plastic raw material.
As a result of the preceding processing stages, in particular the extrusion stage 7 and the shaping, preferably in the injection molding process, the mass of the plastic raw material is mixed, welded, glued and thus homogenized with the proportionate inclusion of foreign substances or contaminants that the end products produced therefrom, in particular for landfill Usable stones have a maximum resistance to dilution by groundwater. For this reason, these stones are particularly advantageous for creating landfill ventilation, landfill borders and the like. With the recycling process according to the invention, it is achieved with great advantage that plastic waste of the most varied types of plastic in the form of the end products now obtained can be disposed of without problems and harmless to the environment, which can also be used for the creation and ventilation of landfills. This results in a high degree of economy because previously such ventilation and boundary stones for landfills had to be manufactured from valuable raw materials such as Portland cement and pre-classified aggregates at high cost. In the end, this closes the circle of the economic recycling process according to the invention in that landfill elements for the waste are obtained from waste.
