Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un module d'habitation extensible qui est plié de façon à présenter la forme d'une structure transportable (figure 1) telle qu'un conteneur à marchandises. A l'intérieur de la structure transportable sont stockés un plancher plié extensible (22), et des parois latérales extensibles (21). Le plancher plié (figure 2) est relié au plancher fixe par des charnières (20) à l'intérieur de la structure transportable, et les parois avant et arrière extensibles (figures 3 et 4) sont reliées à la structure transportable par des charnières. Le déplacement de la paroi latérale extensible (figure 9) est effectué par des roulettes supérieures (27) et inférieures (28) dont la voie de roulement est située sur la partie supérieure des parois avant et arrière pliantes et sur le plancher déployé. Le toit extensible (figure 6) est déplacé pour venir coiffer la structure principale transportable. La partie déployée est assemblée par des vis et scellée par des joints d'étanchéité et par des éléments en plastique. Les systèmes de câblage électrique, de chauffage et de plomberie sont incorporés dans le plancher et dans les panneaux des parois. On peut alors installer la structure semi-rigide ainsi réalisée et la monter sur des pieds réglables (29) afin d'en assurer l'assise horizontale sur des terrains irréguliers.
