Claims (10)

1. Module de construction portatif autonome du type assemblé an usine en vue de sa livraison à un chantier à l'état assemblé, comportant une structure de sol, des panneaux de paroi latéraux et d'extrémité (12, 13) à structure en sandwich à revêtement sous contraintes destinés à former des parois, une structure de toit, et des fenêtes, des portes et des agencements internes et comportant en outre des patins (27) s'étendant longitudinalement et disposés sous la structure de sol, quatre pieds (18) disposés symétriquement, deux de chaque côté du module entre les extrémités de ce dernier et à l'extérieur des panneaux de parois, un élément transversal travaillant à la compression (48) s'étendant entre et étant relié aux extrémités supérieures des pieds (18) de chaque paire de pieds (18) disposés en regard l'un de l'autre et chaque pied (18) étant muni d'un élément de semelle pouvant porter contre le sol (52), si bien que le module peut être supporté sur les éléments de semelle (52), les charges du toit et du sol étant transmises par les panneaux de parois aux pieds (18), caractérisé en ce que la structure de sol comporte deux poutres latérales de sol parallèles, espacées (19, 20) disposées sur les côtés de la structure de sol et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal du module, plusieurs poutres transversales (23) s'étendant dans le sens transversal du module et reliées entre les poutres latérales de sol (19, 20) à des positions espacées le long des poutres latérales (19, 20), un plateau de sol (24) supporté par lesdites poutres latérales (19, 20), lesdits patins (27) s'étendant entre les poutres latérales (19, 20), la face inférieure des patins (27) se trouvant au-dessous du niveau de la face inférieure des poutres latérales (19, 20), en ce que la structure de toit comporte deux poutres latérales de toit espacées (37), disposées sur les côtés de la structure de toit et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal du module et un revêtement supérieur (57), en ce que chaque pied (18) est relié à une poutre (19, 20) latérale de sol au niveau ou à proximité du bas du pied (18) et est relié à une poutre (37) latérale de toit au niveau ou à proximité du haut du pied (18), en ce que les panneaux de paroi latéraux et d'extrémité sont reliés à leurs extrémités supérieure et inférieure auxdites poutres latérales de toit (37) et aux poutres (19, 20) latérales de sol, respectivement, pour fournir un ensemble de parois à structure composite sous contraintes afin de transmettre les charges de toit et du sol aux pieds (18), et en ce que l'élément travaillant à la compression (48) est situé sous le revêtement supérieur (57).
2. Module selon la revendication 1 dans lequel chaque pied est disposé de manière à intersecter la poutre latérale de toit associée de sorte que le pied et la poutre latérale de toit associée soient essentiellement coplanaires et que le panneau de paroi latéral soit disposé à l'intérieur par rapport au pied et à la poutre latérale de toit associée et à l'extérieur par rapport à la poutre latérale de sol.
3. Module selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 lorsque la structure de toit comporte un revêtement supérieur (57) et un revêtement inférieur (60), plusieurs poutres transversales (56) s'étendant entre les poutres de toit (57) et sont disposées entre les revêtements supérieur et inférieur et ledit élément travaillant à la compres- sion (48) est également disposé entre les revêtements supérieur et inférieur.
4. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poutres transversales (2) sont recouvertes sur leur dessous par un panneau de revêtement inférieur (25).
5. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les patins (27) sont fixés aux poutres transversales (23) de manière à s'étendre depuis la face inférieure de celles-ci vers le bas.
6. Module selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau thermiquement isolant (26; 59) est disposé dans la zone située entre le plateau de sol (24) et le panneau inférieur (25), et/ ou les revêtements supérieur (57) et inférieur (60) de la structure de toit.
7. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les panneaux de paroi latéraux et d'extrémité sont constitués chacun par un sandwich structural présentant des revêtements interne (30) et externe (31) prenant en sandwich entre eux un matériau an mousse rigide ou en plastiques expansé (32).
8. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque pied (18) a un point de levage au niveau ou à proximité de son extrémité supérieure, les points de levage comportant chacun un adaptateur (51) apte à s'escamoter dans l'extrémité supérieure du pied associé (18) lorsqu'il n'est pas en service, et capable de tourner autour de l'axe longitudinal des pieds associés (18).
9. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de semelle (52) pouvant venir porter contre la sol sont séparés de la face inférieure des poutres latérales de sol (19, 20) par un espace étroit en dessous de cette face.

Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de semelle (52) pouvant venir porter contre le sol peuvent être assemblés avec le pied (18) dans plusieurs positions de service relatives permettant de supporter le module de construction sur les éléments de semelle (52) dans une gamme de positions au-dessus du sol allant d'une position relativement proche du sol jusqu'à une position suffisamment élevée par rapport au sol pour permettre de placer un transporteur sous le module de construction et d'escamoter les pieds (18) jusqu'à ce ce module soit supporté sur le transporteur au moyen des patins (27).
