Abstract

Un moteur ou une pompe à piston (110) possède un piston trochoïde (112) monté de manière excentrique dans un boîtier (111), lequel définit au moins deux chambres de travail (118, 119) qui correspondent à la courbe de ceinture externe du piston. Le piston peut tourner autour du maneton (113) d'un vilebrequin (114) monté dans le boîtier pour tourner autour de son axe (AA). Le piston et le vilebrequin tournent dans des sens contraires et à une vitesse relative déterminée par un système d'engrenages stabilisateurs intercalé entre eux. Ce système comprend un premier engrenage (25) dont le rayon du cercle primitif (F) est supérieur au double rayon (E) du maneton monté de manière rigide et coaxiale sur un prolongement de piston (112a) entourant ledit maneton, ainsi qu'un deuxième engrenage (26) avec lequel s'engrène le premier engrenage. L'un de ces engrenages est un engrenage extérieur tandis que l'autre est interne. Le système d'engrenages comprend également une transmission (27) afin d'obtenir le rapport de vitesses et le sens de rotation nécessaires au piston et le vilebrequin.
