Abstract

Procédés de production de récepteurs hybrides couplés par des protéines G. On a obtenu des séquences d'ADN codant des récepteurs hybrides couplés par des protéines G dans lesquelles les récepteurs comprennent des récepteurs mammifères couplés par des protéines G possédant au moins un domaine différent du domaine de liaison de ligands remplacé par un domaine correspondant d'un récepteur de levure couplé par protéine G. Les structures D'ADN comprennent les éléments liés fonctionnellement suivants: un promoteur de transcription, une séquence d'ADN codant un récepteur hybride couplé par des protéines G, le récepteur comprenant un récepteur mammifère couplé par protéine G possédant au moins un domaine différent du domaine de liaison de ligand remplacé par un domaine correspodant d'un récepteur de levure couplé par des protéines G, ainsi qu'une terminaison de transcription. L'invention concerne également des cellules hôtes transformées à l'aide des structures d'ADN ainsi que des procédés utilisant les cellules transformées.
