Abstract

Un dispositif intramédullaire de fixation et de prolongement de parties séparées d'un os long se trouvant dans le corps d'un patient, présente un élément en forme d'ongle situé à l'intérieur d'une partie de l'os à laquelle il est fixé, ainsi qu'un ensemble de réglage se trouvant dans une partie séparée de l'os à laquelle il est fixé.
