Abstract

The object of the invention is a mould, particularly a mould to be used in moulding of plastic, which includes two mould frames (1, 2), moulding plates (3) to be placed between them for manufacturing of an object and an ejecting device (4) movable in regards of the mould frame, which is equipped with ejecting pins (5) for removing of the object manufactured in the mould from the mould. The present ejecting devices are an integral part of the mould and can be used for manufacturing of one single object only. In the mould in accordance with the invention the ejecting device (4) is detachably fastened on an underlying plate (6), which is movable in regard of the mould. In addition in the mould frame (2) is formed a hole (7), through which the ejecting device can be removed from the mould.

Description

Exchangeable ejecting device
Object of the invention is a mould, particularly a mould to be used in the castings of plastic, to which belong the mould frames, the moulding plates to be placed between them for manufacturing of an object and an outpushing device movable in regard of the mould frame, which is equipped with outpushing pegs for the removing of the object manufactured in the mould from the mould.
in the present castings of plastic used moulds, for instance" in the injection moulding, the mould frames form one integral entirety, the parts of which cannot be used separately. To the other mould frame of the mould belongs a guiding plate, on which are formed holes for the outpushing pegs, the outpush¬ ing pegs are fastened on the outpushing device and for the different objects different kinds of outpush¬ ing pegs are needed. On the other moulding plate also holes on the corresponding spots have been formed for the outpushing pegs. After the casting of the object the one moulding plate is lifted from the other one and the object moulded is removed by transferring the outpushing device outwards, whereat the outpushing pegs push the object off from the moulding plate. The present outpushing devices are an integrated part of the mould. With each mould only one single object can be manufactured and for each object a mould of its own is needed. The moulds are expensive to make and their storage requires time and means costs.
The purpose of the invention is to bring forth a mould, the mould frame of which can be used for manufacturing of several different objects without demounting of the mould in its entirety into parts. Further the aim of the invention is to bring about a mould the parts of which are easy to produce and which is easy to use.
The purpose with the invention is achieved with a mould, which is characterized by that, what is presented in the claims.
In the mould in accordance with the invention the outpushing device is detachably fixed to an underlaying movable in regard of the mould. In the mould frame has been formed a hole, through which the outpushing device can be removed from the mould. In the mould in accordance with the invention does not in the mould frame between the outpushing device and the moulding plate exist a with holes equipped guiding plate nor does between the outpushing device and the moulding plate exist any other obstacle either. Instead of that in the mould frame is formed a hole, which to its diameter is larger than the actual outpushing device. Hereat the outpushing device can be removed from the mould after that the moulding plate has been removed. The outpushing device is detached from its underlaying and is lifted with its outpushing pegs out from the inside of the mould frame. Another outpushing device with its own outpush¬ ing pegs can be brought inside the mould frame and attach to the underlaying. The moulding plate corre¬ sponding to this outpushing device is fastened on the mould frame in such a way that the outpushing pegs come in their proper positions and the object concerned can be manufactured with this mould. The same mould frame can be used for the manufacturing of several different objects and only the storage of the different kinds of the moulding plates and outpushing devices becomes necessary.
In the following the invention is explained more in detail by referring to the attached drawing, in which, figure 1 presents an application of the one of the two mould frames of the mould in accordance with the invention seen from the above, figure 2 presents a cross-section of the middle part of the mould in accordance with the figure
1 cut according to the dash line A-A, and figure 3 presents a cross-section of the edge part of the mould in accordance with figure 1 cut according to the dash line B-B.
To the mould presented in the figures 1-3 belong the mould frames 1, 2, the moulding frames 3 to be mounted between the mould frames and the inside the one of the two mould frames placed outpushing device 4. In accordance with the figure 1 to the outpushing device belong a cover plate 8, a thereto attached supporting plate 9 and the outpushing pegs 5, which are placed in the holes formed in the cover plate and fastened between the cover plate and the supporting plate. The moulding plate fastened on the mould frame 2 is equipped with the corresponding holes. The outpushing device is fastened detachably with screws or corresponding on the underlaying, which in this application is an underlay plate 6. On the mould frame a hole 7 is formed, which to its diameter is larger than the outpushing device.
To the mould in accordance with figure 3 belong the bars 10, supported on which the underlay plate 6 and the thereto attached outpushing device can be moved in regard of the frame vertically. On the underlay plate are fastened also the side bars 11, which prevent the function of the outpushing device when the other part 1 of the mould frame is in its place.
When using the mould the mould frames are on top of each other in the way presented in the figures 1 and 3 and objects are manufactured with the mould. The object is removed from the mould by removing the on top being mould frame 1 and by moving the outpushing device inside the mould frame 2. The outpushing pegs push the object off the moulding plate, whereafter the following object can be made. If it is desired to manufacture an object of a different kind the moulding plate and the outpushing device are detached from the mould frame and on the mould frame a different kind of an outpushing device and moulding plate are fastened. The mould frame can be used continuously in the production.
The invention is not limited to the presented applica¬ tion, but it can vary within the frames of the claims.

Claims

1. A mould, particularly a mould to be used in castings of plastic, to which belong the mould frames (1, 2), the moulding plates (3) to be placed between them for manufacturing of an object and the outpushing device (4) movable in regard of the mould frame, which is equipped with outpushing pegs for removing of the object manufactured in the mould from the inside of the mould, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in, that the outpushing device (4) is detachably fastened on an underlaying (6) movable in regard of the mould, and that on tne mould frame (2) is formed a hole (7), through which the outpushing device (4) can be removed from the mould .
2. A mould in accordance with the claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in, that to the outpushing device (4) belongs the cover plate (8), on which are formed the holes for the outpushing pegs (5), and the supporting plate (9), which is fastened on the cover plate (8), and that the outpushing pegs (5) are fastened between the cover plate (8) and the supporting plate (9).
3. A mould in accordance with the claim 2, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in, that the entirety formed by the cover plate (8), the outpushing pegs (5) and the supporting plate (9) is fastened detach¬ ably on the as an underlaying functioning underlay plate (6).
