Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a mold having uniformity, high hardness and high accuracy by pushing upper and lower casting flasks at the same time of squeeze-working after vertically detaching the upper and lower casting flasks, in which the molds are built, after uniformly initial-detaching to vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:The casting flasks 2, 3 are arranged at upper and lower parts of the matching plates 1 inserting patterns 19, 19' and the molding sands 6, 6' ape packed in mold spaces formed with these flasks and sqeeze plates 4, 5. Next, at the same time of squeezing these, the above casting flasks 2, 3 are detached at a little to vertical direction from the matching plate 1. After that, at the same time of squeeze-working the squeeze plates 4, 5, the casting flasks 2, 3 are pushed to the matching plate 1. By this method, the upper and lower molds having uniformity and high hardness are made at the same time. After that, at the same time of detaching the molds, the casting flasks 2, 3, in which the molds made are built, are almost uniformly initial-detached to vertical direction while holding and fixing the matching plate 1. Next, the casting flask 2, 3 are separated to vertical direction and the molds are detached, and after removing the matching plate 1, the molds are matched and the mold having high accuracy without collapsing the mold is obtd.
