Description
Bezeichnung: Bagger Name: excavator
The invention relates to an excavator with a boom pivotable about a vertical axis and a horizontal axis and a tool handle articulated on the free end of the boom, at the free end of which a tool, in particular a backhoe bucket or a gripping bucket, is attached.
Excavators of this type are used in particular for digging trenches. At the same time, with the help of these excavators, the trench shoring devices are inserted into or pulled out of the trench using a hook attached to the backhoe of the excavator. With the help of the excavator, shoring units can be inserted into the trench, which are composed of two parallel shoring panels that are spaced apart by spreaders. However, the elements of shoring devices can also be moved and used, which are composed of supports and shoring panels guided therein. The supports are kept at a distance by spreading. With the help of the excavator bucket, the shoring units or shoring panels or shoring supports are pressed into the ground. Furthermore, even in the case of deeper trenches or trenches in non-stable soils, the shoring is pressed in after excavation. In such a trench shoring, the excavator bucket not only has to be moved precisely between the shoring panels, but also between the spreaders. This work is not possible for experienced excavator operators without outside help. It is therefore always necessary Agile that an observer looks into the trench and controls the movements of the excavator bucket and gives the excavator operator the direction in which he has to move the excavator bucket or the tool stick. This often leads to misunderstandings, so that the trench lining devices are damaged.
The object of the invention is to provide an excavator in which the excavator bucket can be moved precisely without outside help. This object is achieved in that in the area of the arming of the tool arm on the arm on the tool arm or on the arm a video camera is arranged with its lens on the working area of the tool and in the driver's cab in the field of vision of the excavator operator a Vice-Monitor connected to the video camera .
Er kann deshalb auch schneller und präziser Verbaueinheiten in einen Graben einsetzen oder Verbauplatten in einWith the help of this device, the excavator operator can precisely control the movements of the excavator bucket. Since the excavator operator can work independently of an observer and can precisely follow the movements of the excavator bucket ice, he is able to move the excavator bucket or the tool attached to the tool arm much faster and more accurately. It can therefore also insert quicker and more precise shoring units in a trench or shoring plates in one
Thread the pair of supports or press a sheeting plate or a support down or lower a backhoe or grab spoon past spreaders onto the bottom of the trench or the like. The lens of the video camera is expediently arranged on the inside of the tool handle and the video camera is at least partially arranged between the side walls of the tool handle. The video camera can therefore be arranged completely protected in the upper area of the tool handle and still have the entire working area of the tool in view. It may also be possible to arrange the video camera at the free end of the boom. In this case, however, it is necessary to pivot the video camera in the boom and to couple it to the tool handle so that its lens is always directed towards the working area of the tool.
Further features of the invention emerge from the protection claims.

Fig. 1 shows an excavator 1, which is arranged in front of a trench to be excavated. The excavator has a boom 2 which can be pivoted about a vertical axis 3 and a horizontal axis 4, at the free end of which a tool handle 5 is articulated, on the free end of which a backhoe bucket 9 is arranged so as to be pivotable about the axis 8. With the help of the excavator 1, a trench is dug, which is already secured during the excavation by means of vertical supports 30, the supports spacing 31 and shoring walls 32 guided in the supports 30. This shoring device is continuously lowered during the excavation. In order to be able to observe the actions of the bucket, a lens 20 of a video camera 10 is arranged on the inside 6 of the tool handle 5 in the region 21 of the articulation of the tool handle 5 on the boom 2, which is equipped with a video Monitor 12 is connected, which is arranged in the driver's cab t1 in the field of vision of the excavator operator. The video camera 10 is at least partially arranged between the side walls of the tool handle 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the video camera 10 is accommodated by means of spring and damping elements 17 in a shock-absorbing manner in a housing 16 which is inserted in a recess on the inside 6 of the tool handle 5. The camera 10 is completely protected in this housing 16 and is so shock-protected by resilient and damping elements 17, for example made of foam rubber, that the camera cannot be damaged by shocks and impacts caused by the tool 9. The housing 16 with the video camera 10 is easily replaceable, for example by means of screws, attached to the tool handle 5.
As shown in FIG. 3, the excavator 1 can also be equipped with a grab bucket 9 'in order to excavate a relatively deep pipe channel. The excavator stands sideways next to the channel to be excavated, which is secured by pre-rammed planks 33 and strips 34.
In this embodiment, the recess on the inside 6 of the tool handle 5 can be relatively small, so that the hollow box girder is not or only slightly weakened by the recess. The lens 22 of the camera 10 protruding from the tool handle is protected between the deflector walls 23.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the video camera 10 is accommodated in a vibration-damped manner in a housing 16, which is inserted into the tool handle 5 in a quickly replaceable manner.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5, the video camera 10 is arranged at the free end of the boom 2 so as to be pivotable about an axis 25 parallel to the pivot axis 7. If the tool handle 5 is pivoted relative to the arm 2, the video camera also pivots in the same way, so that the lens 20 is always directed towards the working area of the tool 9. In order to achieve the corresponding pivoting movement, the housing 16 accommodating the video camera is coupled to the tool handle 5 via a rocker arm 26.
