Abstract

Procede et dispositif permettant d'introduire un liquide (2) ameliorant la combustion dans la conduite d'alimentation d'un moteur a combustion interne sous l'influence de l'aspiration cree par le moteur. Dans un reservoir (1) destine au liquide (2) est disposee une cloison de separation (12) isolant une chambre (1A) dont la partie inferieure contient un diffuseur (5), ce diffuseur etant en communication avec l'environnement par l'intermediaire d'une connexion (6). Une conduite (7), dont l'autre extremite se termine dans la ligne d'alimentation (8) d'un moteur a combustion interne, debouche dans la partie superieure de la chambre (1A). Des micro-bulles se produisent dans le volume de liquide dans la chambre (1A), depuis laquelle la suspension air/liquide est aspiree vers le moteur a combustion interne. Ceci permet de maintenir la concentration en additif dans la suspension air/liquide extraite sensiblement constante ou dans des limites acceptables, quelles que soient les dimensions du reservoir contenant l'additif. Selon une variante du dispositif selon l'invention, la cloison de separation (12) est concue comme un cylindre sensiblement vertical (12A) qui est assujetti a sa partie superieure au couvercle de remplissage (4A) du reservoir et forme, avec ce couvercle, une 'unite de production de bulles' complete qui peut etre separee du reservoir et comprenant le diffuseur (5) avec les moyens de raccordement a l'aspiration du moteur.
