Abstract

The package, comprised of a pressed sheet for eggs, fruit or similar products, consists of two parts (1, 2) substantially identical, connected preferably by a strut (3) and being provided with cups for housing the goods to be packed. The two parts of the package (1, 2) are connected to each other by gluing, welding or the like along one edge. A package area is provided with a tearing line, a weakening groove, a perforation (8) or the like. The portion connected by gluing, welding or the like are projected above the edge (4, 5) of the package parts (1, 2). The edge which is provided with the tearing line, the weakening groove, the perforation (8) or the like, is provided with flanges (6, 7) arranged preferably facing the strut (3) connecting the two package parts (1, 2). In a preferred embodiment, the flanges (7) are provided with a tearing tongue (13).

Die Verpackung besteht aus den beiden Verpackungshälften 1, 2, die an ihren Längsrändern mittels eines Steges 3 gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Die Ausgestaltung dieser Verpackung mit den üblichen Verbindungselementen ist bekannt, bildet keinen Teil der Erfindung und braucht daher nicht näher beschrieben zu werden. An den dem Steg 3 gegenüberliegenden Rändern 4, 5 der Verpackungshälften 1, 2 sind Lappen 6, 7 vorgesehen, wobei jeweils eine linienförmige Perforation 8,9 vorge sehen ist, um einerseits die Lappen 6, 7 leichter in ihre endgültige Stellung bringen zu können, als auch ihre Abtrennung von den Verpackungshälften 1, 2 zu ermöglichen. Nach dem Füllen der Verpackung und Zusammenklappen der Hälften 1, 2 wird beispielsweise die Unterseite 10 des Lappens 7 um die Perforation 9 nach oben gebogen und der Lappen 6 um die Perforation 8 nach unten und gegen die mit dem Klebemittelauftrag versehenen Lappen 7 gepreßt. Es kann auch ein Zweikomponentenkleber vorgesehen werden, wobei die eine Komponente auf die Fläche 10 und die andere auf die Fläche 11 des Lappens 6 aufgetragen wird. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, können die Lappen 6 und 7 mit Zugen 12, 13 versehen sein, die frei vom Klebemittelauftrag bleiben. Soll die Verpackung geöffnet werden, so können die Zungen 12, 13 oder eine einzelne von ihnen erfaßt und die miteinander verklebten Lappen 6, 7 ent ang der Perforation 8, 9 von der Verpackung abgetrennt werden. Durch diese Ausbildung ist eine unbefugte Öffnung der Verpackung sofort erkennbar. Eine neuerliche erfindungsgemäße Verbindung der beiden Verpackungshälften nech Abtrennen der Streifen 6, 7 ist nicht möglich, wohl aber kann die Verpackung vom Käufer der Ware wiederverwendet Werden, wie dies in vielen Haushalten erwünscht ist, weil die üblichen Verbindungselemente unverletzt sind. Es genügt, wenn nur ein einzelner Lappen an der einen Verpackungshälfte vorgesehen wird, soferne eine entsprechende Klebefläche an der anderen Verpackungshälfte vorgesehen wird. Ein Beispiel für diese Ausführungsform zeigt Fig. 3. Die Verpackungshälfte 2 ist in der beschriebenen Weise mit einem Lappen 7 versehen, während die Verpackungshälfte 1 einen steifen Randstreifen 14 aufweist, der mit dem aufgerichteten Lappen 7 verklebt wird. Das Öffnen der Verpackung geschieht hier in der Weise, daß die Perforation 9 durchtrennt wird. Εine vereinfachte Ausbildung zeigt Fig. 4. Die Ver packungshälften 1, 2 sind mit Flanschen 15, 16 versehen, wobei am Übergang Perforationen 17, 18 vorgesehen sind. Verpackung aus tiefgezogener Kunststoffolie zur Aufnahme von Eiern, Früchten od. dgl., bestehend aus zwei im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildeten, vorzugsweise durch einen Stegmiteinander verbundenen Hälften mit Einlegemulden zur Aufnahme des Verpackungsgutes, wobei die Verpackungshälften an Abschnitten ihres Bandes miteinander durch Verkleben, Verschweißen od. dgl. verbunden sind, in deren Bereich Teile der Verpackung mit einer Rißlinie, Verschwächungsnut, Perforation od. dgl. versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die miteinander durch Verkleben, Verschweißen od. dgl. verbundenen Abschnitte von über den Rand (4, 5) der Verpackungshälften (1, 2) vorstehenden und mit diesem.
