Abstract

Anillo vaginal para la liberación simultánea de dos ingredientes activos Se proporciona un anillo vaginal que comprende un núcleo cargado de fármaco que comprende un compuesto esteroideo progestogénico, un compuesto esteroideo estrogénico y un copolímero de EVA que tiene un contenido de acetato de vinilo de un 25 a un 35 % en peso, en el que el esteroide progestogénico se disuelve en el material del núcleo en un grado relativamente bajo de supersaturación; y una capa exterior sin medicamento de copolímero de EVA que tiene un contenido de acetato de vinilo de un 5 a un 15 % en peso; que es estable en almacenamiento a temperatura durante al menos 12 meses. También se proporciona un procedimiento para la preparación del anillo vaginal divulgado anteriormente.
