Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos para la detección de una planta de soja tolerante a herbicida DBN9008 y su método de detección, la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la planta de soja comprende la SEQ ID NO: 1 o su secuencia complementaria o la SEQ ID NO: 2 o su secuencia complementaria. El evento de soja transgénica DBN9008 de la presente invención tiene mejor tolerancia a un herbicida de glifosato y un herbicida de glufosinato y no tiene influencia sobre el rendimiento.
