Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener y conservar geles untables alimentarios mediante espesamiento y gelificación de aceites vegetales, bebidas con o sin alcohol y cualquier mezcla o combinación de los mismos, que comprende: verter al menos uno de los productos citados junto con al menos un componente seleccionado del grupo de ingredientes alimentarios adicionales, principios activos espesantes, compuestos gelificantes, mezclas y cualquier combinación de los mismos; mezclar mediante agitación hasta obtener una emulsión y envasar el producto final obtenido. Opcionalmente, se aplican en diferentes etapas del procedimiento diferentes métodos de limpieza, esterilización y desinfección.
