DESIGN FOR A DRAWER-PULL.

The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ELBRIDGE J. STEELE, of New Britain, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Drawer-Pull; and the following is declared to be a correct description of the same.

This design relates to the shape given to said drawer-pull, and also to the ornamentation upon the same.

In the drawing- Figure l is an inverted plan of said pull;

Figure 2 is a face view of the same; and

Figure 3 is a cross-section at the line a: x, fig. 2.

The front portion a of the pull, and the sides I) b also, are segments of a hollow cylinder, and said portions at b b are joined by a meter at c c.

The lower edge of the portions a b b is formed with an inward-projecting flange, d, and from the sides I) 7) project the ears e e for the screw-holes.

The general outline of said lower edge is a section of an ellipse.

The scroll ornaments f 'i '5, upon the front a and sides b I), stand in relief upon recessed or sunken panels, ornamented in imitation of lace-work, the narrow bands It h standing in relief and surrounding said recessed portions or panels.

I claim as my invention- L'The design of the shape and configuration of the drawer-pull, substantially as shown.

2. The design of the ornaments f i i and panels in the exterior curved surface of the drawer-pull, as shown.
