DESIGN FOR A DRUGGISTS LABEL-CASE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,468, dated December 24:, 1901- APPHCMiOH filed September 1 1901- Serial No. 76,808. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, ALEXANDER S. BAIRD, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Druggists Label-Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a labelcase embodying the features of my design,

D therein, while the other or inner member c diverges at its front end and terminates in an enlargement D.

The minor features of the design consist in the lugs E, which appear extending from the body of the case, and in the post element F, which is carried out from the side member B, together with the horizontal member at, which extends within the case from the upper wall of an opening D in the said member B of the body. I

Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for a label-case herein shown and described.
