This design is for the purpose of n trede-merk, to be used in connection with my business, which design consists of my name in n. scroll, and directly under it is shown a. barrel with my monogram on the same.

On each side of the said barrel is an end View of' one other, with n trible and hand-lamp represented on the heads. Below the whole of this is n scroll, or ribbon in which are the words Non-Explosive Bui'ning-llluid. VVhnt I Gleim as my invention,eml desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
