,invented and produced a new and original Design for Tone-Modifiers, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The drawing represents a perspective view of my design for tone-modifiers.

1 represents a bar of rectangular shape in cross-section.

2 represents a strip of flexible material having incisions or parallel openings 3 out therein at regular intervals to form the flexible tongues 4:, pending from the bar.
