DESIGN FOR A BICYCLE-SADDLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,874, dated June 14, 1898.
Application filed May 2,1898. Serial No. 679,548. Tenn of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, LE ROY M. HILDRETH, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for a BicycleSaddle; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawings constitute part of this specification and represent, in
Figure 1, a side view of a seat for bicyclesaddles embodying my design; Fig. 2, a top View of the same.
This invention relates to a design for abicyole-saddle; and it consists in the configuration as hereinafter described, and shown in the accompanying illustration.
The seat is in the form of two circles merging into each other and so as to present semicircular sides A B, and inwardlycurved front edge 0 and back edge D, the outer edge of the saddle being rounded, an d the central portion slightly depressed, as clearly shown in the accompanying illustration.
I claim The design for a bicycle-saddle as herein shown and described.
