\VILLIAM II. MULLINS, OF SALEM, OHIO.
DESIGN FOR A BAKING-PAN.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,934, dated. April 20, 1897.
Application filed March 3, 1897. $eria1 No. 625,902- Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, \VILLIAM II. MULLINS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Salem, in the county of Coiumbiana and State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design forBaking-Pans and Similar Utensils, whereof the following is a description, due reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which forms part of this specification and represents in perspective a bakingpan embodying the characteristic features of my design.
Reference being had to the accompanying drawing and the letters thereon, it will be observed that in design my improved form of baking-pan comprises upper and lower sections A B, respectively, each of truncatedcone shape in cross-section an d of correspondingsize, shape, and configuration, collectively constituting a pan of hexagonal form, as shown.
The opposite ends 0 D of this pan may be slightly convex, while the leading feature of the design is to be found in a registering series of crimps or corrugations E, formed in or upon all facets or sides of said hexagonal figure, which is thereby surrounded. These crimps or corrugations are by preference of uniform width and of equidistant location, occupying adjacent parallel planes which biseet the figure at right angles to its longitudinal center and are themselves intersected by a flange F, forming a median line of dcmarcation between the pansections A B.
Having thus described my present invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a baking-pan, as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I subscribe my signature in the presence of two witnesses.
WILLIAM II. MULLINS.
