DESiGN FOR A CiGAR-HOLDER.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,469, dated May 12, 1896.

Application filed February 18, 1896. Serial No. 579,800. Term of patent 3 years.

To all whom it may conoern:

Be it known that I,J,-u'1on IsAM's, a citizen of the l nited States, residing at Albany, in the eountyof Albany and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Cigar-Holders and Ash-Receivers, of which the following is a specificaiion, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the drawings forming part of this specification, Figure 1 is a plan view of my original design for a cigar-holder and ash-receiver. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal central vertical section on line if 2 thereof; and Fig. 23, a transverse section on line 3 3, these figures being deemed necessary to fully illustrate my design.

The leading feature of my design consists in an oblong block A, the ends of which are circular in form, as shown at a, in which is fitted a eiroular opening or (-hamber B, and

in the upper side of said block, between said chambers B, is formed a longitudinal semi circular recess the block being cut away or inclined at eaeh side of said recess from the top to the bottom, as shown at I).

My design is regular in form and outline and the general contour thereof produces a pleasing impression upon the eye.

Having described my design, I claim and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for cigar-holders, as herein shown and described.
