SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,422, dated July 3, 1894.
Application Sled May 21, 1894. Serial No..512,012. Term of patent 3% years.
To au whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, LOTHAR VON GRAVE, a subject of the Emperor of Germany, residing at Wallingford, New Haven county, State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Frames for Tables, &c., of which the following is a description, reference being had tothe accompanying drawings, which form a part of the same, and wherein- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a table illustrating frames embodying by design applied thereto. Fig. 2 is a plan view of the shelf of the table illustrating my design, said shelf being shown detached and one-half only of which is shown in full lines. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the table-top illustrating my design, said top being shown detached and onehalf only of which is shown in full lines.
The essential characteristics of my design consist of an inner beaded or ornamental rim and an openwork leaf-like border surrounding said inner beaded or ornamental rim and following the contour thereof.
In the drawings a represents the table-top embodying my design, the inner beaded or ornamental rim being indicated bythe letter b. This inner beaded or ornamental rim is surrounded by an openwork, leaf-like border c, which follows the contour thereof. A shelf d shown extending between the table-legs e of the table, likewise embodies my design, and is similar in every respect to the top a., the letterfindieating the inner ornamental rim which is surrounded by an openwork, leaf-like border g similar to the border c of the table-top.
What I claim is-v The design for frames for tables the. substantially as shown and described.
