Be it known that I, Claude S. Willey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Alphabet for Advertising Signs or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is an enlarged perspective view of the letter L of an alphabet for advertising signs or the like embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is a partial cross section taken on line 2-2 of Fig. 1 to show the reeding on the top surface of the block letters.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a'portion of the alphabet.

Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the remaining portion thereof.
