UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE FOUNTAIN PEN David Kahn, Englewood, N. J assignor to David Kahn, Inc., North Bergen, N. J., a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, David Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Englewood, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherei Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a fountain pen in writing condition, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a Side elevational view of the fountain pen set forth in Fig. 1

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view of the fountain pen with the cap mounted on the writing end of the fountain pen;

Fig. 4 is a detailed enlarged front view of the nib assembly comprising a nib having mounted thereon a. substantially centrally disposed ornamental strip, the latter having a color contrasting with the color of the nib, said strip having a substantially centrally disposed rib tapering from "supper portion to its lower portion;

Fig. 5 is a side elevational view of the nib assembly shown in Fig. 4;

Fig. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken on line 6-6 of Fig. 4; and

Fig. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken on line 1'! of Fig. 4.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a fountain pen, sub stantially as shown and described.
