Be it known that I, Georg Lotter, a citizen of Germany, and a resident of Neustadt Aisch, Germany, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Drawing Instrument, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.
