Be it known that I, William A. Baum, a citizen of the United States, residing at 60 Deepdene Road, Forest Hills, county of Queens, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Measuring Instrument, of which the following is a smcification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a measurin instrument embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a back elevation thereof;

Fig. 3 is a plan view thereof; and

Fig. 1 is a side elevation thereof.
