Be it known that I, Max H. Randolph, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handbag Frame, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which the gure is a perspective View of a handbag frame embodying my new design.

The opposite side of the frame has substantially the same appearance as the side shown in the drawing.

The ornamental design for a handbag frame, as shown and described.
