Be it known that I, Paul E. Flato, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Compact or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a compact, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view.

Figure 3 is a front elevational view.

Figure 4 is a rear elevational view, and

Figure 5 is a bottom plan view of the compact shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4, drawn on a smaller scale.

I claim: The ornamental design for a compact or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
