Be it known that I, Helena A. Wild, a. citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pot Holder Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective View of a pot holder rack showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the same.
