Be it known that I, Joseph Banneyer, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Flower Pot Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a plan view of the flower pot holder, showing my design,

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view,

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view, and

Fig. 4 is a front elevational view.

I claim: The ornamental design for a flower pot holder, as shown.
