DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SMILAR ARTICLE Grosvenor N. Allen and Lloyd E. Ressegger, Oneida, N. Y., assignors to Oneida Ltd., Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York Application February 6, 1942, Serial No. 105,662

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen, citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, State of New York, and Lloyd E. Ressegger, citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which- Figure 1 is a front plan view of a spoon showing our new design;

Figure 2 is a plan view of the spoon of Figure 1 showing the reverse side of the spoon; and

Figures 3 and 4 are cross sections taken on the lines 33 and 44 respectively, of Figure 1.

The essential feature of our new design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
