PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Application May 12, 1942, Serial No. 106,874

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen and Lloyd E. Ressegger, citizens of the United States, both residing at Oneida, county of Madison, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a plan view of a spoon showing our new design;

Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1 but showing the reverse side of the spoon; and

Figures 3 and 4 are cross sections taken on the lines 3-3 and 4-4 respectively of Figure 1.

The essential feature of our new design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantiall as shown and described.
