To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Dean H Reynolds, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Iie Clip and Nail File, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front elevation of a combined tieclip and nail file, in a closed position, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevation of the same.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the design in an open position.
