Be it known that 1, Dean H. Reynolds, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Tie Clip and Nail File, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front elevation of a combined tieclip and nail file, in a closed position, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevation of the same.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the design in an open position.

Figure 4 is a front end view.

Figure 5 is a rear end view.

Figure 6 is a rear elevation of the nail file element.

Figure '7 is a rear elevation of the scabbard element.

The essential features of my design are shown in full lines.

The ornamental design for a combined tie clip and nail file, substantially as shown and described.
