To all'whom it may concern,

Be it known that I, 'hIINNIE LIYRTLE Mc- LEoD, a citizen of the United States, residing at Como, in the county of Panola and State of Mississippi, have invented certain new and useful Im' rovemnts in Garment-Supporters, of which the following is'a specification,

In the drawing the numeral 1 denotes the body or waist band of the garment which is closed at -its front 2 and open or separated at its back as at 3. This open back is held together by a'vertical row of buttons 4 and button-holes 5 as more clearly seen in Fig. 2. -'At the top of the waist band are formed shoulder straps 6 which provide armholes 7 and a central neck opening 8 which latter isv referably low 'cut as shown but the waist and is of substantially uniform width and comparatively broad so as to effectively protect the childs body. These 0 enings7, 8 have their edges reinforced by a binding 9 of tape or braid, and arranged around the are two spaced reinforcing bands 10, 11.
