Abstract

Description
- This application claims priority to and the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2018-0096005, filed on Aug. 17, 2018 and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2019-0007034, filed on Jan. 18, 2019, the disclosures both of which are incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
- The following relates to a reading desk deformation preventing structure, and more specifically, to a reading desk deformation preventing structure configured to prevent deformation of a reading desk itself and solve a problem in which a gap is generated when a pedestal of the reading desk is rotatably coupled to prevent the pedestal from shaking.
- A pedestal structure capable of writing in a reading desk is disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-1064182 invented by the inventor of the present invention.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , in an embodiment, a book-supportingreading desk 10 formed to have a predetermined thickness and a lateral length greater than a longitudinal length and formed of wood or synthetic resin is configured so that one side of each ofunfolding pieces 20 is coupled to each of both lower sides of the book-supportingreading desk 10, both sides of abook supporter 30 are inserted between the other sides of theunfolding pieces 20, that is, the one sides of theunfolding pieces 20 exposed to upper surfaces of both lower sides of the book-supportingreading desk 10 or a front surface of the book-supportingreading desk 10, and both sides of thebook supporter 30 inserted between theunfolding pieces 20 are rotatably coupled by rotating pins. - Each of the
unfolding pieces 20 is configured so that anunfolding hole 21 through which the rotating pin passes is formed therein, and ahead 41 of the rotating pin can be engaged with theunfolding hole 21 while the rotating pin partially passes through theunfolding hole 21. - The
unfolding hole 21 through which the rotating pin passes is formed so that a lower portion of avertical hole 23 is linked with an end of ahorizontal hole 22 and thus the rotating pin can rotate in forward and backward directions or a lateral direction at an upper portion of thevertical hole 22 while moving along thehorizontal hole 22 and thevertical hole 23. - Since the
horizontal hole 22 is formed to have a length greater than that of thevertical hole 23 and pulls thebook supporter 30 to maintain a state in which thebook supporter 30 is further withdrawn in an outward direction from a lower portion of the book-supportingreading desk 10, the book-supportingreading desk 10 can be used in a state in which its breadth is extended to the extent of a length to which it is withdrawn. - An
engaging protrusion 24 is configured to have a plurality of through holes formed in an upper portion thereof to be fixed to both lower sides of the book-supportingreading desk 10 byscrews 26. - Meanwhile, page
turning prevention rods 31 are formed at both sides of thebook supporter 30 to prevent pages from forcedly turning, and a pedestal supporting member is coupled to thebook supporter 30 to maintain an inclined state of thebook supporter 30. - However, in embodiments as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , in a book-supportingreading desk 110 as described above, a book pedestal is bent inward by the weight of a book when used with the book placed thereon and thus asingle page 200A or a thin stack of pages falls out when it is fitted therein, and in the book-supportingreading desk 110, a phenomenon occurs, in which a reading deskstraight portion 202 in an initial manufacturing stage becomes a reading desk curvedportion 201 in a use due to pressure from hands that is applied when the book-supportingreading desk 110 is used in front of a desk. -
Numerals - Further, in the related art, since the
book supporter 30 rotates between theunfolding pieces 20 at both sides, and thebook supporter 30 to which a bolt-shaped rotating pin 40 is fastened by the L-shaped unfoldingholes 21 of theunfolding pieces 20 is erected or reclined according to use by moving between thehorizontal holes 22 and thevertical holes 23, in this case, a space is formed by surface distances between positions of thehorizontal holes 22, positions of ends of thevertical holes 23, and the book-supportingreading desk 10, thebook supporter 30 has a structure which rotates or is fixed in the space, and positions of through holes 25 formed in theunfolding pieces 20 are fixed, and when thebook supporter 30 is fastened to a side surface of the book-supportingreading desk 10 by thescrews 26, thebook supporter 30 shakes according to a minute thickness of the book-supportingreading desk 10 manually formed of wood and thus is difficult to fix. - In addition, since the
book supporter 30 is fixed to the L-shaped unfoldingholes 21 of theunfolding pieces 20 by a bolt-shaped rotating pin 40, a separate process is added in assembly or when separation of thebook supporter 30 is desired, a separate device for disassembling thebook supporter 30 should be provided. - An aspect relates to preventing deformation such as warpage or the like of a reading desk itself to prevent paper sheets or the like from passing through, and is directed to providing a fastening structure which does not have a rotation problem and shaking when fixed, by forming a fixing unit of a book supporter (30) to solve a problem that the book supporter (30) shakes according to a minute thickness of a book-supporting reading desk (10) manually formed of wood and thus is difficult to fix.
- Further, the following is directed to simply assembling components in a shape integrated with unfolding pieces (20) by removing cumbersomeness in which a bolt-shaped rotating pin (40) is separately engaged with a book supporter (30) at L-shaped unfolding holes (21) of the unfolding pieces (20).
- In addition, the following is directed to forming a quadrangular support bar accommodation groove in a quadrangular shape in a back end side surface which is a back end surface of a second fixing body so that a reading desk (110) is pushed in a forward direction while both lateral ends of a quadrangular support bar are inserted into the quadrangular support bar accommodation groove to prevent warpage of the center portion of the reading desk (110).
- According to an aspect of embodiments of the invention, there is provided a reading desk deformation preventing structure, including: a reading desk (110); and a rectangular long bar-shaped quadrangular support bar (210) having a bolt hole (211) in each of both ends and of which a center is concavely curved, wherein the concave center portion of the quadrangular support bar (210) is located behind the reading desk (110) and a bolt (212) is inserted into the bolt hole (211) of the quadrangular support bar (210), and thus a center portion of the reading desk (110) receiving a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar (210) receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar (210) which acts against warpage so that the reading desk (110) neatly maintains a flat surface.
- Further, according to another aspect of embodiments of the invention, there is provided a reading desk deformation preventing structure, including: a reading desk (110); and a long bar-shaped elliptical support bar (220) including an elliptical protruding part (225) configured to protrude in an elliptical shape from a center thereof, a pedestal part (226) disposed on an edge of the elliptical protruding part (225), and a bolt hole (211) disposed in each of both ends of the pedestal part (226), and having a center slightly curved to be concaved, wherein the concave center portion of the elliptical support bar (220) is located behind the reading desk (110) a bolt (222) is inserted into and connected to the bolt hole (221) of the elliptical support bar (220), and thus a center portion of the reading desk (110) configured to receive a convexly curved force by the elliptical support bar (220) receives a force from a protruding portion of the elliptical support bar (220) which acts against warpage so that the reading desk (110) neatly maintains a flat surface.
- In addition, according to still another aspect of embodiments of the invention, there is provided a reading desk deformation preventing structure, including: a reading desk (110); and a long bar-shaped support bar (230) in a shape including a reading desk lower pedestal part (235) configured to support a lower surface of the reading desk (110), a reading desk back lower pedestal part (236) configured to support a back surface of the reading desk (110), and a bolt hole (231) disposed in each of both ends of the reading desk back lower pedestal part (236), and having a center slightly curved to be concaved, wherein the concave center portion of the -shaped support bar (230) is located behind the reading desk (110), the reading desk lower pedestal part (235) and the reading desk back lower pedestal part (236) support a lower end and the back surface of the reading desk (110), and a bolt (232) is inserted into the bolt hole (231) of the -shaped support bar (230), and thus the center portion of the reading desk (110) configured to receive a convexly curved force by the -shaped support bar (230) receives a force from a protruding portion of the -shaped support bar (230) which acts against warpage so that the reading desk (110) neatly maintains a flat surface.
- In addition, according to yet another aspect of embodiments of the invention, there is provided a reading desk deformation preventing structure, including: a reading desk (110); and a long bar-shaped quadrangular bar (240) including two spring accommodation parts (246) disposed in a center of a back surface thereof and a bolt hole (241) disposed in each of both ends thereof, and having a center slightly curved to be concaved, wherein the concave center portion of the quadrangular support bar (240) is located behind the reading desk (110), springs (245) are located at the spring accommodation parts (246), and a bolt (242) is inserted into and connected to the bolt hole (241) of the quadrangular support bar (240), and thus the center portion of the reading desk (110) configured to receive a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar (240) receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar (240) which acts against warpage so that the reading desk (110) neatly maintains a flat surface.
- According to yet another aspect of embodiments of the invention, there is provided a reading desk deformation preventing structure, wherein a quadrangular support bar (310) is supported by a second fixing body (150) of a reading desk (110) behind the reading desk (110), quadrangular support bar accommodation grooves (320) are each formed in a quadrangular shape in a back end side surface (315) which is a back end surface of the second fixing body (150), the back end side surface (315) as a supporter coupling member (200) is coupled to a back lower end of the reading desk (110) in a state in which both lateral ends of the quadrangular support bar (310) are inserted into the quadrangular support bar accommodation grooves (320), and thus the center portion of the reading desk (110) configured to receive a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar (310) receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar (310) which acts against warpage so that the reading desk (110) neatly maintains a flat surface.
- Further, in embodiments of the invention, a portion in which the reading desk is practically curved is a center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, and thus a size ratio between the reading desk and the support bar may be 4:3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which covers the above
- In addition, in embodiments of the invention, the pedestal (130) may be coupled by the supporter coupling member (200) at a lower portion of the reading desk (110); an insertion hole (132) may be formed in each of inclined portions of ends of both edges of the pedestal part (130) into which a fitting part (131 a) formed at an end of a pressing body (131) is inserted; a first fixing body (140) may be formed, the first fixing body (140) including a first coupling part (141) configured to protrude in a cylindrical shape coupled to the pedestal part (130), a first pressing body fixing hole (142) formed as a round groove at the outside, a protruding part (145) formed as a quadrangular partition at a predetermined interval with respect to a second coupling part (146), and a first connection part (148) including the protruding part (145) on a surface thereof, wherein first connection part (148) and a first supporting part (149) are formed to be connected to each other in a shape; a pair of supporter coupling members (200) may be configured, the pair of supporter coupling members (200) including a second fixing body (150) including a second supporting part (152) formed to have the same thickness as the reading desk (110) and having a partition (155) configured to surround a lower portion of an edge of the reading desk (110) and a second connection part (154) including a -shaped coupling hole (156), wherein the second supporting part (152) and the second connection part (154) are formed to be connected to each other in an L shape; the first coupling part (141) of the first fixing body (140) of the supporter coupling member (200) may be inserted into the insertion hole (132) of the pedestal part (130); the second coupling part (146) of the first fixing body (140) may be inserted into the coupling hole (156) of the second fixing body (150); and the fitting part (131 a) of the pressing body (131) may be inserted into the insertion hole (132) of the pedestal part (130).
- In addition, in embodiments of the invention, the reading desk deformation preventing structure may include a second pressing body fixing hole (143) located at a center portion of the first pressing body fixing hole (142) and formed through the first coupling part (141) and a groove (144 a) formed in an end of the first fixing body (140) in a U shape to correspond to a shape of a supporting hole (133) of the pedestal part (130).

FIGS. 4 to 6 c. - A reading desk deformation preventing structure includes a
reading desk 110 and aquadrangular support bar 210. - The
reading desk 110 is a part configured to support a book, and includes a supporting part configured to maintain thereading desk 110 at a predetermined angle and aquadrangular support bar 210 on a back surface thereof. - The
quadrangular support bar 210 has a rectangular long bar shape of which a center is slightly curved to be concaved and includes abolt hole 211 in each of both ends thereof. - In an installing method, the concave center portion of the
quadrangular support bar 210 is located behind thereading desk 110, and thequadrangular support bar 210 is connected to thereading desk 110 by fittingbolts 212 into the bolt holes 211 of thequadrangular support bar 210. - In a test, since a portion in which the reading desk may be practically bent is a center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, an appropriate size ratio between the reading desk and the support bar was found to be 4 to 3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which may cover the above.
- As described above, the center portion of the
reading desk 110 configured to receive a convexly curved force by thequadrangular support bar 210 which is installed as described above receives a force from a protruding portion of thequadrangular support bar 210 which acts against warpage, and thus thereading desk 110 neatly maintains a flat surface. - Accordingly, as shown in
FIG. 5 , when paper sheets or the like are placed to be used on a bookshelf, the papers or the like do not fall out. - The
quadrangular support bar 210 is formed of iron, wood, plastic, or the like. -
FIGS. 7a-7c is a second embodiment of a support bar according to the embodiments of the invention, and is a view illustrating a support bar having an ellipticalprotruding part 225 on the center thereof. - The
elliptical support bar 220 has a long bar shape of which the center is slightly curved to be concaved, and includes the elliptical protrudingpart 225 configured to protrude in an elliptical shape at the center thereof, a pedestal part 226 disposed on an edge of the elliptical protrudingpart 225, and abolt hole 211 disposed in each of both ends of the pedestal part 226, to increase the strength of the support bar against warpage. - In an installing method, the concave center portion of the
elliptical support bar 220 is located behind thereading desk 110, and theelliptical support bar 220 is connected to thereading desk 110 by fittingbolts 222 into the bolt holes 221 of theelliptical support bar 220. - In a test, since a portion in which the reading desk may be practically bent is the center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, an appropriate size ratio between the reading desk and the elliptical support bar was found to be 4 to 3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which may cover the above.
- As described above, the center portion of the
reading desk 110 configured to receive a convexly curved force by theelliptical support bar 220 which is installed as described above receives a force from a protruding portion of theelliptical support bar 220 which acts against warpage, and thus thereading desk 110 neatly maintains a flat surface. -
- The -shaped
support bar 230 has a long bar shape formed of a reading desklower pedestal part 235 and a reading desk backlower pedestal part 236, and of which the center is slightly curved to be concaved, and includes onebolt hole 231 in each of both ends of the reading desk backlower pedestal part 236, to increase the strength of the support bar against warpage. - The reading desk back
lower pedestal part 236 serves to support a back surface of thereading desk 110, and the reading desklower pedestal part 235 serves to support a lower surface of thereading desk 110. - In an installing method, the concave center portion of the -shaped
support bar 230 is located behind thereading desk 110, the reading desklower pedestal part 235 and the reading desk backlower pedestal part 236 support a lower end and the back surface of thereading desk 110, and the -shapedsupport bar 230 is connected to thereading desk 110 by fittingbolts 232 into the bolt holes 231 of the -shapedsupport bar 230. - In a test, since a portion in which the reading desk may be practically bent is the center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, an appropriate size ratio between the reading desk and the -shaped support bar was found to be 4 to 3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which may cover the above.
- As described above, the center portion of the
reading desk 110 configured to receive a convexly curved force by the -shapedsupport bar 230 which is installed as described above receives a force from a protruding portion of the -shapedsupport bar 230 which acts against warpage, and thus thereading desk 110 neatly maintains a flat surface. -
FIGS. 9a-9c is a fourth embodiment of a support bar according to embodiments of the invention, and is a view illustrating aquadrangular bar 240 configured to prevent deformation of a reading desk using a spring. - The
quadrangular support bar 240 has a long bar shape of which the center is slightly curved to be concaved, and includes twospring accommodation parts 246 at the center of a back surface thereof and onebolt hole 241 in each of both ends thereof to increase the strength of the support bar against warpage. - In an installing method, the concave center portion of the
quadrangular support bar 240 is located behind thereading desk 110, springs 245 are located at thespring accommodation parts 246, and then thequadrangular support bar 240 is connected to thereading desk 110 by fittingbolts 242 into the bolt holes 241 of thequadrangular support bar 240. - In a test, since a portion in which the reading desk may be practically bent is the center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, an appropriate size ratio between the reading desk and the quadrangular bar was found to be 4 to 3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which may cover the above.
- As described above, the center portion of the
reading desk 110 configured to receive a convexly curved force by thequadrangular bar 240 which is installed as described above receives a force from a protruding portion of thequadrangular bar 240 which acts against warpage, and thus thereading desk 110 neatly maintains a flat surface. -
FIG. 10 is a perspective view illustrating a writable pedestal structure of the reading desk according to embodiments of the invention,FIG. 11 is a perspective view illustrating a structure in which the reading desk of embodiments of the invention is separated,FIG. 12 is an enlarged perspective view of a fastening structure of a separated supporter of the reading desk of embodiments of the invention,FIG. 13 is a perspective view illustrating a separated structure in the case in which a pedestal part of the reading desk of embodiments of the invention faces in an upward direction,FIG. 14 is a perspective view illustrating a coupled structure in the case in which the pedestal part of the reading desk of embodiments of the invention faces in a downward direction, andFIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a fastening structure of the supporter in the case in which the pedestal part of the reading desk of embodiments of the invention faces in upward and downward directions. - In this case, in order to describe the embodiments of the invention, thicknesses of lines shown in the accompanying drawings, sizes of the elements, or the like may be exaggerated or omitted for clarity and convenience of the descriptions, and terms provided according to reference numerals shown in the drawings are terms defined in consideration of functions in embodiments of the invention, and may be changed according to purposes or customs of a user or an operator.
- As shown in
FIGS. 10 to 14 , schematically, components of a fastening structure of a supporter of the reading desk according to embodiments of the invention are formed of areading desk 110, apedestal part 130, and asupporter coupling member 200. - The above-described components will be described in detail.
- The
reading desk 110 is formed of wood having a predetermined size, and is formed to be coupled to aheight adjusting member 112 disposed at an upper portion thereof and to apedestal part 130 disposed at a lower portion thereof at predetermined intervals through bolts or the like. - The
height adjusting member 112 is formed to support a book having a large height, and is manufactured to be classified into aheight adjusting bar 112 a of which a height is adjustable and aheight adjusting frame 112 b configured to support theheight adjusting bar 112 a, and theheight adjusting frame 112 b is attached to the back surface of thereading desk 110 through the bolts or the like. - The
pedestal part 130 is configured to support a book, formed of wood having a thickness enough to support the thickness of the book, and inclined at both ends of edge portions, and includespressing bodies 131, insertion holes 132, and a supportinghole 133. - The
pedestal part 130 is formed to be foldable by thesupporter coupling members 200 and thus a volume of thepedestal part 130 is decreased when thepedestal part 130 is kept or transported. - The
pressing body 131 includes afitting part 131 a connected to thepedestal part 130 and formed on an end thereof, acoil spring 131 b connected to thefitting part 131 a, ametal line part 131 c formed to extend from thecoil spring 131 b and bent at a predetermined angle, and apressing member 131 d connected to an end of themetal line part 131 c. - The
pressing body 131 has a restoring force due to elasticity of thecoil spring 131 b and supports the opened book so as not to be covered. - The insertion holes 132 are holes formed to connect the
reading desk 110 and thepedestal part 130, formed in edge portions of both ends of thepedestal part 130, and inserted into the first fixingbodies 140 of thesupporter coupling members 200. - The supporting
hole 133 is formed so that books and prints are stably laid, and is formed long with a slight depth. - The
supporter coupling member 200 is formed to be capable of connecting thereading desk 110 and thepedestal part 130 and folding thepedestal part 130, and includes thefirst fixing body 140 and asecond fixing body 150. - The
first fixing body 140 of thesupporter coupling member 200 has a shape in which afirst coupling part 141 and afirst connection part 148 are connected to each other, and a portion of thefirst fixing body 140 is coupled to thesecond fixing body 150 and the other portion of thefirst fixing body 140 is coupled to thepedestal part 130 to serve to connect thereading desk 110 and thepedestal part 130. - The
first coupling part 141 is a part connected to thepedestal part 130, and includes a first supportingpart 149 configured to protrude in a cylindrical shape, a first pressingbody fixing hole 142 and a second pressingbody fixing hole 143 configured to fix thepressing body 131, and anedge protecting piece 144. - The
first coupling part 141 is formed to protrude from an inner side of the first supportingpart 149, and fit-coupled to theinsertion hole 132 of thepedestal part 130. - The first pressing
body fixing hole 142 is formed so that thecoil spring 131 b of thepressing body 131 is seated thereon, and the first pressingbody fixing hole 142 is formed as a round groove 144 a at the outside of the first supportingpart 149. - The second pressing
body fixing hole 143 is provided so that thefitting part 131 a of thepressing body 131 is coupled thereto, and the second pressingbody fixing hole 143 is located at a center portion of the first pressingbody fixing hole 142 and formed through thefirst coupling part 141. - The
edge protecting piece 144 is formed at an end of the first supportingpart 149 of thefirst fixing body 140, and includes the U-shaped groove 144 a to be smoothly connected to the supportinghole 133 of thepedestal part 130 and a supportinghole 144 b connected from the groove 144 a to the first pressingbody fixing hole 142. - The supporting
hole 144 b serves to support prints and books with the supportinghole 133 when thereading desk 110, thepedestal part 130, the first fixingbodies 140, the second fixingbodies 150 are coupled to be a final reading desk. - The
first connection part 148 includes aprotruding part 145 and asecond coupling part 146 on an outer surface thereof. - The protruding
part 145 prevents and protects thesecond coupling part 146 from being broken due to impacts and folding of the plurality ofpedestal parts 130, and is formed as a partition at a predetermined interval with respect to thesecond coupling part 146. - The
second coupling part 146 is fit-coupled to acoupling hole 156 of thesecond fixing body 150 to fold thepedestal part 130, and formed in a protruding cylindrical shape on which protrusions are formed. - The
second fixing body 150 of thesupporter coupling member 200 has an L shape in which a second supportingpart 152 and asecond connection part 154 are connected to each other, and a portion of thesecond fixing body 150 is symmetrically coupled to a lower end of thebook pedestal part 130 in a lateral direction by bolts or the like and the other portion of thesecond fixing body 150 is connected to thefirst fixing body 140. - The second supporting
part 152 is formed to have the same thickness as thereading desk 110, includes apartition 155 configured to surround the second supportingpart 152, and is coupled to thereading desk 110 by the bolts or the like. - The
partition 155 is formed to use a folding function of thepedestal part 130 to prevent separation of thereading desk 110 from thesecond fixing body 150. -
- An operation state of embodiments of the invention will be described later.
-
FIGS. 15a-15g is a cross-sectional view illustrating coupling of thefirst fixing body 140 and thesecond fixing body 150 of thesupporter coupling member 200 when thepedestal part 130 is vertically folded. - The coupling and moving sequence of the
first fixing body 140 and thesecond fixing body 150 when thepedestal part 130 is vertically folded will be described later. -
FIG. 15a shows a state in which thefirst fixing body 140 and thepedestal part 130 face the outside in parallel, and shows a state in which thesecond coupling part 146 of thefirst fixing body 140 is inserted into an upper portion of thecoupling hole 156 of thesecond fixing body 150. -

FIG. 15e toFIG. 15g includes diagrams illustrating a case in which thepedestal part 130 and thefirst fixing body 140 at an upper sides are vertically folded toward thereading desk 110 in downward directions, and thefirst fixing body 140 is erected in parallel after thesecond coupling part 146 of thefirst fixing body 140 moves to the upper portion of thecoupling hole 156 of thesecond fixing body 150 from the lower portion of thecoupling hole 156 of the second fixing body 15, and then thefirst fixing body 140 is erected toward in a downward direction and thesecond coupling part 146 of thefirst fixing body 140 is inserted into the lower portion of thecoupling hole 156 of thesecond fixing body 150 from the upper portion of thecoupling hole 156 of thesecond fixing body 150. - Accordingly, in an action effect, as shown in the drawings, the book pedestal is operated in three directions.
- That is, a book supporter is detachably coupled to the book pedestal to be adjustable in three directions (a direction vertical to the book pedestal capable of laying a book thereon, an upwardly tilting direction for storage, and a downwardly tilting direction for use of a tablet).
- In common, since the direction in
FIG. 10 is a direction for laying and using a book on the book supporter (using a book), the direction inFIG. 13 is a direction in which the book pedestal tilts (for book storage), and the direction inFIG. 14 is a direction in which the book supporter tilts in a downward direction to use a tablet (using a tablet), the book pedestal should slightly be taken out through intermediate stages when the directions inFIGS. 10, 13, and 14 are used. - Accordingly, the book supporter is detachably coupled to the book pedestal to be adjustable in the three directions (a direction vertical to the book pedestal capable of laying a book thereon, an upwardly tilting direction for storage, and a downwardly tilting direction for use of a tablet).
- A fifth embodiment of the invention will be described.

quadrangular support bar 310 is supported by second fixingbodies 150 of areading desk 110 behind thereading desk 110, quadrangular supportbar accommodation grooves 320 are each formed in a quadrangular shape in a backend side surface 315 which is a back end surface of thesecond fixing body 150, and a backend side surface 315 as asupporter coupling member 200 is coupled to a back lower end of thereading desk 110 in a state in which both lateral ends of thequadrangular support bar 310 are inserted into the quadrangular supportbar accommodation grooves 320. - The both lateral ends of the
quadrangular support bar 310 are inserted into the quadrangular supportbar accommodation grooves 320 due to hard warpage of thequadrangular support bar 310, and thequadrangular support bar 310 is pushed in a forward direction from the reading desk to prevent warpage of the center portion of thereading desk 110. - Further, in the
supporter coupling member 200, a second supportingpart 152 and asecond connection part 154 are coupled to each other in an L shape, and a portion of thesupporter coupling member 200 is symmetrically coupled to a lower end of abook pedestal part 130 in a lateral direction by bolts or the like, and the other portion of thesupporter coupling member 200 is connected to afirst fixing body 140. - The second supporting
part 152 is formed to have the same thickness as thereading desk 110, includes apartition 155 configured to surround the second supportingpart 152, and is coupled to thereading desk 110 by the bolts or the like. - The
partition 155 is formed to use a folding function of thepedestal part 130 to prevent separation of thereading desk 110 from thesecond fixing body 150. -
- Accordingly, embodiments of the invention can prevent deformation of a reading desk itself such as warpage or the like to prevent papers or the like from falling out, and in embodiments of the invention, since a fixing unit of a
book supporter 30 is formed to be completely inserted in the same width such that thebook supporter 30 does not shake according to a minute thickness of a book-supportingreading desk 10 manually formed of wood, a fastening structure which does not shake when fixed can be provided. - Further, since a rotary shaft is integrally formed with the
book supporter 30 instead of a bolt-shaped rotating pin 40 in an L-shaped unfoldinghole 21 of an unfoldingpiece 20, and a cover is fixed to the book supporter by a pin through a through hole, direct assembly with the unfoldingpiece 20 is enabled and thus manufacturing can be simplified. - In addition, in embodiments of the invention, a quadrangular support bar accommodation groove is formed in a quadrangular shape in a back end side surface which is a back end surface of each of second fixing bodies so that a reading desk is pushed in a forward direction with both lateral ends of a quadrangular support bar inserted into the quadrangular support bar accommodation groove to prevent warpage of a center portion of the reading desk and thus warpage can be prevented, and since the
reading desk 110 is fit-coupled to the second fixing bodies at lateral sides, working efficiency can be doubled. - Although the invention has been illustrated and described in greater detail with reference to the preferred exemplary embodiment, the invention is not limited to the examples disclosed, and further variations can be inferred by a person skilled in the art, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
- For the sake of clarity, it is to be understood that the use of “a” or “an” throughout this application does not exclude a plurality, and “comprising” does not exclude other steps or elements.
Claims (8)
1. A reading desk deformation preventing structure, comprising:
a reading desk; and
a rectangular long bar-shaped quadrangular support bar having a bolt hole in each of both ends and of which a center is concavely curved,
wherein the concave center portion of the quadrangular support bar is located behind the reading desk and a bolt is inserted into the bolt hole of the quadrangular support bar, and thus a center portion of the reading desk receiving a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar which acts against warpage so that the reading desk neatly maintains a flat surface.
2. A reading desk deformation preventing structure, comprising:
a reading desk; and
a long bar-shaped elliptical support bar including an elliptical protruding part configured to protrude in an elliptical shape from a center thereof, a pedestal part disposed on an edge of the elliptical protruding part, and a bolt hole disposed in each of both ends of the pedestal part, and having a center slightly curved to be concaved,
wherein the concave center portion of the elliptical support bar is located behind the reading desk a bolt is inserted into and connected to the bolt hole of the elliptical support bar, and thus a center portion of the reading desk configured to receive a convexly curved force by the elliptical support bar receives a force from a protruding portion of the elliptical support bar which acts against warpage so that the reading desk neatly maintains a flat surface.
3. A reading desk deformation preventing structure, comprising:
a reading desk; and
a long bar-shaped support bar in a shape including a reading desk lower pedestal part configured to support a lower surface of the reading desk, a reading desk back lower pedestal part configured to support a back surface of the reading desk, and a bolt hole disposed in each of both ends of the reading desk back lower pedestal part, and having a center slightly curved to be concaved, wherein the concave center portion of the -shaped support bar is located behind the reading desk, the reading desk lower pedestal part and the reading desk back lower pedestal part support a lower end and the back surface of the reading desk, and a bolt is inserted into the bolt hole of the -shaped support bar, and thus the center portion of the reading desk configured to receive a convexly curved force by the -shaped support bar receives a force from a protruding portion of the -shaped support bar which acts against warpage so that the reading desk neatly maintains a flat surface.
4. A reading desk deformation preventing structure, comprising:
a reading desk; and
a long bar-shaped quadrangular bar including two spring accommodation parts disposed in a center of a back surface thereof and a bolt hole disposed in each of both ends thereof, and having a center slightly curved to be concaved,
wherein the concave center portion of the quadrangular support bar is located behind the reading desk, springs are located at the spring accommodation parts, and a bolt is inserted into and connected to the bolt hole of the quadrangular support bar, and thus the center portion of the reading desk configured to receive a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar which acts against warpage so that the reading desk neatly maintains a flat surface.
5. A reading desk deformation preventing structure, wherein a quadrangular support bar is supported by a second fixing body of a reading desk behind the reading desk, quadrangular support bar accommodation grooves are each formed in a quadrangular shape in a back end side surface which is a back end surface of the second fixing body, the back end side surface as a supporter coupling member is coupled to a back lower end of the reading desk in a state in which both lateral ends of the quadrangular support bar are inserted into the quadrangular support bar accommodation grooves, and thus the center portion of the reading desk configured to receive a convexly curved force by the quadrangular support bar receives a force from a protruding portion of the quadrangular support bar which acts against warpage so that the reading desk neatly maintains a flat surface.

The reading desk deformation preventing structure of claim 1 , wherein, a portion in which the reading desk is practically curved is a center portion which is roughly a half of the reading desk, and thus a size ratio between the reading desk and the support bar is 4:3, which is a size ratio of the support bar which covers the above.
7. The reading desk deformation preventing structure of claim 1 , wherein:
a pedestal is coupled by the supporter coupling member at a lower portion of the reading desk;
an insertion hole is formed in each of inclined portions of ends of both edges of the pedestal part into which a fitting part formed at an end of a pressing body is inserted;
a first fixing body is formed, the first fixing body including a first coupling part configured to protrude in a cylindrical shape coupled to the pedestal, a first pressing body fixing hole formed as a round groove at the outside, a protruding part formed as a quadrangular partition at a predetermined interval with respect to a second coupling part, and a first connection part including the protruding part on a surface thereof, wherein first connection part and a first supporting part are formed to be connected to each other in a shape;
a pair of supporter coupling members is configured, the pair of supporter coupling members including a second fixing body including a second supporting part formed to have the same thickness as the reading desk and having a partition configured to surround a lower portion of an edge of the reading desk and a second connection part including a -shaped coupling hole, wherein the second supporting part and the second connection part are formed to be connected to each other in an L shape;
the first coupling part of the first fixing body of the supporter coupling member is inserted into the insertion hole of the pedestal;
the second coupling part of the first fixing body is inserted into the coupling hole of the second fixing body; and
the fitting part of the pressing body is inserted into the insertion hole of the pedestal.
8. The reading desk deformation preventing structure of claim 7 , comprising a second pressing body fixing hole located at a center portion of the first pressing body fixing hole and formed through the first coupling part and a groove formed in an end of the first fixing body in a U shape to correspond to a shape of a supporting hole of the pedestal.
