Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The invention relates to the system bought during shopping in the markets, supermarkets or similar places providing automatic packaging of the products enhanced for the reduction of waiting time passed during packaging of the products by a cashier, a customer or personnel and for the simplification of packaging process.
  • STATE OF THE ART
  • Today, the increase of population; consequently, the increase of consumption rate and the changing needs led to many markets, supermarkets and similar places where almost all kinds of needs can be found and that have been established in every neighborhood, every street and shopping malls. However, the line waited to pay the price of products bought during shopping in these mentioned places is inevitable.
  • In the state of art, the barcode of the product brought to the cash point by the customer to buy is read and then left for packaging. The personnel or if there is not a personnel in this part, the customer packages the products passed from the cash point by opening the bags.
  • In state of the art, the packaging step is a separate process. This process extends the time passed in the cash point and causes to line. There is not always a personnel working for packaging in each cash point. In addition to this, even if there is a personnel, this increases unnecessary labor force and time cost for the owners of markets, supermarkets and similar places.
  • Such situations create negative effects in terms of satisfaction of other customers waiting in the payment line.
  • In other state of the art, shopping bags are attached to the apparatus having two long arms. The cashier opens the bags attached here by hand and puts the products passed from the cash point with the barcode reader into the bags. Then, the cashier pulls out the filled bag and opens a new one. Although this system is more advantageous than the previous case, it does not solve these problems completely. The disadvantage of this system is similar that it affects the effective working of the cashier and causes loss of time.
  • An example for the applications performed related to the packaging in state of the art; patent application no TR2006/06506 titled “The apparatus providing the product being packaged by the cashier in the markets” is the/utility model application/document. The summary of this application/document is as follows: “The invention consists of the carrier section consisting of the support section and body strength bars (4), top strength bars (5) and packaging bars (6) consisting of mounting bracket (1), fixing screws (2) and base support plates (3). The cashier packages the product read by the barcode reader by putting it into the bag (7) directly attached to the packaging bars (6) and delivers the product (7) as packaged in the bag to the customer at the end of the process.
  • Another example for the applications performed related to the swabs in state of the art; TR2008/04655 application numbered “the packaging system with rotary hanger” titled patent is the/utility model application/document. The summary of this application/document is as follows: “This invention relates to the packaging system with rotary hanger used in the big shopping malls, supermarkets and all kinds of places where the packaging is intense and providing labor-saving; basically, it consists of trestle (1), hanger (2), package (3), bearing (4), marble (5), shaft (6) rotary body (7) and rotary accent (8).”
  • “Another example for the applications performed related to the swabs in state of the art; patent application no TR2008/04654 tittles as “Practical openable bag” is the/utility model application/document. The summary of this application/document is as follows: “This invention relates to the packaging system with rotary hanger used in the big shopping malls, supermarkets and all kinds of places where the packaging is intense and providing labor-saving; basically, it consists of the flap (3) on the hanger holes (2), bag mouth (5) on the body (1) and 6 perforations (4) around the flap (3).”
  • Consequently, due to the disadvantages explained above and also in the abovementioned examples, causing extra cost for the producers and thus for the customers and it is insufficient in terms of its existing solutions about the issue, it is required to perform the system providing automatic packaging of the products subject to our invention.
  • SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the system meeting the requirements mentioned above, resolving all of the disadvantages and bringing some additional advantages, providing automatic packaging of the products.
  • The main object of the system subject to the invention is that, the products sent from the cash point by the cashier and get into the shopping bag without an interference of the customer or personnel, the bag gets out of its location when it is in a certain weight and a new bag opens out.
  • Another object of the invention is to prevent this extra labor force for the cashier in the systems where the cashier performs the packaging process and to increase the satisfaction of employees.
  • A similar object of the invention is to eliminate the extra labor force cost arising from a personnel separately working for packaging.
  • A similar object of the invention is to increase the satisfaction of customer by preventing the packaging for the customers in the markets, supermarkets and similar places where there is not a personnel separately working for the packaging.
  • Another object of the invention is to minimize the cash point lines where the dissatisfaction of customer comes out most.
  • Another object of the invention is to prevent the bag waste due to the packaging processes being performed by especially the customers in the cash points.
  • The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood clearly by way of the FIGURES given below and the brief description made by referring to these FIGURES and therefore, the evaluation has to be carried out by considering these FIGURES and the detailed explanation.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • “The system providing automatic packaging of the products” subject to our application is shown in the attached drawings and;
  • FIG. 1: is the schematic drawing related to “the system providing automatic packaging of the products.”
  • It is not required to scale the drawings certainly and the unnecessary details for understanding the present invention may be neglected. Furthermore, the components that are largely identical at least or largely have identical functions at least are shown with the same number.
