  • The present invention relates to a packaging device, and more particularly to a packaging box capable of being packaged fast and firmly in the premise of saving packaging materials and capable of being opened quickly.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • With the development of network technology, the growth of electronic commerce is also booming A e-commerce business must pack the goods in packaging boxes properly before they are delivered to a freight forwarder; goods are generally placed in packaging boxes, cases, bags, and the like (the following collectively referred to as packaging boxes) upon packaging, and the packaging boxes are then packaged by sticking adhesive tapes thereto after the cover boards thereof are covered; other postal services are broadly the same.
  • When a consumer receives a package, they must tear off the adhesive tapes or use a knife to cut off tapes, which will cause the packaging box or tapes varying degrees of damage whether the tapes are torn off or cut off such that the packaging box is no longer recycled or used repeatedly. Especially, customers are embarrassed when they decide to return goods during an appreciation period. Therefore, damaged packaging boxes will be thrown away, causing resources waste and not conforming to environmental protection requirements.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • To overcome the defects mentioned above, the present invention is proposed.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • An environmentally friendly packaging box with movable fast packaging boards includes a packaging box 3 shown in FIG. 1, release sheet 1 and double side adhesive tape 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, where the packaging box 3, as FIG. 1 shows, is a packaging box body adapted to accommodate commodities for courier and logistics operators to transport and includes a first main cover board 3A and second main cover board 3B respectively configured on two opposite sides of a upper opening of the box body and on two opposite sides of a lower opening thereof, and a first secondary cover board 3C and second secondary cover board 3D two other opposite sides of the upper opening of the box body and on two other opposite sides of the lower end opening thereof, where a L-shaped notch edge 32, in a preferred embodiment, is cut out directly on each secondary cover board 3C, 3D to be formed when the packaging box 3 is made, and one side of a movable fast packaging board 31 cut away from the L-shaped notch edge 32 is respectively connected to two opposite sides of each first main cover board 3A, and the movable fast packaging board 31 so made can be bended with respect to the first main cover board. Furthermore, a reinforcing sheet 34 may also respectively formed directly on two opposite sides of each second main cover board 3B when the packaging box 3 is made. In addition, the connections of the first and second secondary cover boards 3C, 3D with the packaging box 3 are respectively configured with a positioning slot 35 allowing the reinforcing sheet 34 to be bended with respect to the second main cover board 3B to insert therein.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the release sheet 1 is formed longitudinally with a separable tear line 13 adapted to divide it into a base 11 and withdrawal tear strip 12, where the separable tear line 13 can be torn open to allow the base 11 to be separated from the withdrawal tear strip 12, where the lengthwise side of the base 11 may be formed transversely with a plurality of projective portions 111, which may be rectangular, wavy, semicircular or etc. Preferably, the projecting portion is arranged equidistantly, and the base 11 is larger than the tear strip 12 in width.
  • Referring to FIG. 3 again, the double side adhesive tape 2 has a first adhesive portion 21 and second adhesive portion 22 respectively configured on two opposite side faces thereof, where the first adhesive portion 21 is adapted to stick to one side face of the release sheet 1, and the second adhesive portion 22 can then be stuck to the packaging box 3. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive portion 21 of the double side adhesive tape 2 is covered on a part of the base 11 and entire withdrawal tear strip 12 with the exception of the projecting portions 111.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, which is a schematically perspective view, showing the second adhesive portion 22 of the double side adhesive tape 2 of the release sheet 1 being stuck to each movable fast packaging board 31 of the packaging box 3 and the packaging box 3 being packaged, the first and second secondary cover boards 3C, 3D are first respectively covered on the upper and lower openings of the packaging box 3 to be packaged, and the base 11 of each release sheet 1 is then torn off to expose the first adhesive portion 21. Thereafter, the reinforcing sheets 34 of the second main cover board 3B are bended and inserted into the positioning slots 34 of the first and second secondary cover board 3C, 3D as FIG. 5 shows to make the second main cover boards 3B cover the upper and lower openings of the packaging box 3, and each movable fast packaging board 31 is then bended to be parallel to the respective outer wall faces at the two opposite sides of the packaging box 3, further allowing the first adhesive portions 21 to be stuck and fixed thereto as FIG. 6 shows.
  • It is noted that a cutting seam line 33 arranged in a longitudinal direction of the release sheet 1 is respectively formed on the movable fast packaging board 31 at two sides of the withdrawal tear strip 12 of the release sheet 1 after the double side adhesive tape 2 is stuck to the movable fast packaging board 3, and the cutting seam line 33 is extended a length in the longitudinal direction of the release sheet 1 from at least one end side of the movable fast packaging board 31, thereby facilitating a user tearing the withdrawal tear strip 12 off.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, a user only needs to lift the tear strip 12 between the two cutting seam lines 33 from one side end of the movable fast packaging board 31 and tear the tear strip 12 open in the longitudinal direction of the release sheet 1 to destroy the movable fast packaging board 31 until the entire tear strip 12 is torn off completely and the movable fast packaging board 31 is destroyed every inch as FIG. 8 shows to form an open groove 30, and the packaging box 3 can then be opened as FIG. 9 shows.
  • The movable fast packaging boards 31 in connection with the first main cover board 3A of the packaging box 3, in the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9, are formed by cutting the first and second secondary cover boards 3C, 3D directly so that the movable fast packaging boards 31 in connection with the first main cover board 3A so formed is conformed to environmental protection requirements under the condition of saving use material. However, in another embodiment of the present invention, movable fast packaging boards 31, as FIG. 10 shows, may be formed without cutting the first and second secondary cover boards 3C, 3D, and the movable fast packaging boards 31 are formed directly on two opposite sides of the first main cover board 3A at the same time when the entire profile and folding lines of the packaging box are set. Similarly, the release sheets 1 mentioned above is stuck to the movable fast packaging boards 31 so formed, and the fast packaging and opening of the packaging box can also be achieved; the packaging and opening of a packaging box are carried out in the same way as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9, so the detail thereof is omitted here.
